Yep.

Being number 2 right behind TBW which has been airing for a few weeks is really good though after only having been on air for 3 days.

According to VLinkage it's a few points behind TBW at spot number 2 for yesterday.

Qiwu is not in any sect :) She is just part of a Feng clan from the same land as him.

I just find it really funny with him being that dress isn't that great xD I like the first dress a lot haha.
It was indeed nice that she made him noodles instead of Qiwu. I imagine they swapped it since it would have been very random with her new status as a minister to make him noodles.
Honesty is great yeah, I like that Lanxi is actually sharing here talking about his family. It would be nice if he could have a heart to heart talk with his oldest brother in the future as well.

Haha sleep is nice. I am lucky the episodes launch at 14 in my zone so I could watch all 8 the first day and still have time to walk my dogs and go to bed early.

Would have been funny to see BFX fall asleep randomly as well as eating often. I am impressed with your patience for not watching it all at once.

Everyone have different opinions ofc. I am enjoying this even though I love the novel. It mostly depends on the scriptwriters whether or not the story will continue being good later on.

First there seemed to be 45 episodes. There were some drama between the main producer and the original director, and the producer herself posted on weibo saying that she has been revising the series for a year and did her best. Another comment she made was 'You cannot cook a meal without rice', or something of the sort. Basically she was hinting at that they did not get enough stuff filmed for the first part. Ren is already there but now they have a dad and I think he will be more opposed to Xiyun rather then his sons. In the drama the brothers both seem quite reasonable.

In the novel her brother is already dead so I imagine he will die here.

Alright so many people have asked about the last name Feng and if the main leads are related. so I thought I would look up in the dictionary what the different Feng last names come from.
风 This Feng is used by both BFX and Feng Qiwu, the ladies are not related however. This one is used in the word wind.
丰 This is Lanxi family Feng. This one is used in the words for rich and great among others.
I am not from China though so might not get all the details right. But I thought it would be interesting to see what the different Feng meant.

In the novel they have a marriage agreement so they don't actually hold the wedding ceremony. Instead they have basically a promise ceremony, the translator talked more about different stages of the weddings. Here in the series from the trailer we can see that they have an actual wedding, since they end up in that wedding room. Mostly the difference is that the tv series focus a bit more on their romance compared to the book.

I also got VIP for this and I dont regret it tbh. I was so happy on Monday getting 8 episodes. Waiting is hard ofc so I will rewatch my favorite parts often. Also notice more things after watching it again. Names are easier second time around as well xD

Also remember that BFX don't really kill people unless she has too. So unless you see her kill someone they are actually just knocked out. But yeah there are a lot of people trying to kill someone.
