Huh, I just finished this and actually preferred it to the Thai version. I like both but I just feel like this is more natural feeling. More intimate, less big production which makes everything I'm seeing feel more believable. Both are very good but I prefer this one better. Btw, does anyone know the name of the piano music that gets played throughout the series? I tried Shazam and it couldn't find it and youtube just has music from the Thai version.

At least you managed to make it to episode 2, I fought to make it through the first. Not sure if it's because…
LOL, I agree on your Zootopia comment🤣

I did finish it but I legit fast forwarded through all the NC scenes and scenes where they looked to be talking for a long time. I could see little images of scenes while fast forwarding and I skipped through and stopped everytime there was a scene with other people lol. The story is in there but
you need the remote to find it.

Okay, well I did finish this but it took nearly a week and that was with fastwording through every single NC scene. Truly, every single time one came up I picked up the remote. Between this and Tide of Love 2 , NC scenes are feeling like a turn off for me at the moment.

Everytime the two of them started conversing I ultimately picked up the remote. Thank goodness you can see screen grabs of the show as you fastforward because that it what I used to follow the story, what little story was there. The ending part of ep 9 did feel a bit more genuine but overall those constant "smouldering looks of longing" and that "now let me do the cute puppy head tilt" it was too much.

I don't blame the actors, I think they did as directed, it's just this wasn't very good and they didn't have a lot to work with in terms of any real plot. There is probably an hour's worth of story that you will probably feel the need to use the remote to find. Still, I have certainly seen worse.

Oh geez...I really don't think I'm going to be able to make it. I'm 34 mins into ep 2 and the way Po is eating that peach while looking sensually directly at the camera while Sasom is kissing his back. The moments when Po is staring at Sasom dramatically and sensually just when they are talking? I'm using the IQIYI tv app and can not get the video to play properly at 1.5 speed like one person suggested watching it at, plus I just completed Tide of Love 2 before starting this.

Po reminds me of a combination of actors Fluke and Nat but he greatly over does it on the dramatics and those are both actors that seem to thrive on tears and sensual looks but they have mastered it and he has not, atleast not yet. I have to think it's how he was directed to act. I don't know, I may push through this episode or maybe try and get through 3 and if it's still.....THIS... I'm going to drop it.

Untamed is a bl. Like literally. censorship made it in the end where they parted but the true end is they both…
That's interesting to know. To me it was very much a BL because of the looks they gave each other in the series. Their connection and bond that anyone who isn't blind can see. I can see and feel their love every time they glanced at each other. It was beautiful, brilliantly acted out. A shining example of a series not needing overtly romantic, or sexual contact between characters to carry it. A look and the expressions in their eyes and on their faces can be just as effective.

I loved it and I don't know how some did't see it as a BL., but then I also see The Untamed as a BL. Very cute and quirky and very obvious they have feelings for each other. Give it a chance if you're thinking about it but can't decide.

Like are you freaking kidding me with that score, don't know if you people voted for it because of the ship or…
I was so pissed off too! Where were the police? Why was he killing people immediately? How you going to let the ghost get him?? Why get out the car?? In what world did this make sense? You had a watch and a phone but you don't call for last pings? No really? Where are the police??

This really is as bad as everyone says. It's like a movie cut into 10 10 to 11 minute episodes. There was another series, Thai bl (I think?) in which it looked like the editors deliberately sabotaged the series by cutting every scene with some sort of drama or argument and picking up with after the drama or argument happened so you had no idea what happened. Well later on it was revealed to the public that there was disagreement with the creators and editors and one of the actors was harassed so bad on set that he announced he was leaving acting.

I wonder if something like that happened with this series because literally the entire plot has been edited out of the series and you know there was one because at one point the business suit guy mentioned cancelling a meeting and plans for something and that he was't leaving after all. yet the viewer has never even remotely been introduced to that plot.

This reminds me of, you know how when you scroll through Instagram and I think Tik Tok and there will be a mini movie that plays? I mean it's like 15 or 20 minutes long? Dramabox I think does, or used to entice you to download the app. It's a shortened version of a movie or series? That's what this reminds me of only this has zero enticement whatsoever. The only reason I finished this was because I was doing wordsearch puzzles for Idol Champ rubies to vote with later lol.

I feel like surely someone sabotaged this series but I tell you, even if it wasn't chopped all to heck, the kissing scenes between the actors was awful, omg, truly I can't believe this came from South Korea and I feel bad for the actors. Are they ever going to find work again after this? SK is such a superficial, judgemental country with a society to match. This is the type of thing I feel would be used to ruin these guy's careers permanently, such is the harshness over there.

Oh goodness, there's a second season coming?? Second season of what? There's no story to be had here. They need to redo the entire thing from scratch. 😭

Look, I'm fastforwarding through the spicy scenes to get to the end of this. That should tell you something. I am finally at episode 8 of this 10 episode series and every second of it feels like forever and mind you I have been trying to get through this for a good 3 or 4 days in which I could easily have had this knocked out in 2 IF I didn't keep finding myself pausing it for any reason under the sun because I have almost zero connection with this series. It is so boring and the same thing just keeps happening over and over. At one point I lost track of if they were in each others bodies or back to normal. I don't dislike it enough to drop it but I do dislike it enough to want it to hurry up and be over. The second couple has a more interesting storyline at this point. I'm honestly surprised by how disppointing this is as a whole.

Right?? It's like whoever wrote that episode wanted the viewer to be left with a mark and not just any mark, they wanted you to carry misery for a long time, maybe forever. Truly, years and multiple BL's later and that is still the one with the most miserable ending I have ever seen in any bl ever. Honestly, that had to be what someone was going for, and boy did they succeed with me.

im confused is this special episode canon to the actual drama? or just an alternate storyline?
To me it felt like an incident that took place some point after the conclusion of the series. It isn't as deep diving, story wise, just something that happens that leads us up to the beginning of what I hope will be a whole second season and not just another special episode .

I encourage anyone who has watched this but did not stay for the after credit scene, to go back and watch the after credit scene. I would probably have rated this a 3 based on how things went in the direction of the story if I had not read a comment about there being a scene at the end of the credits. I am full throttle ready for another season or conclusion episode or whatever they must be planning to do to continue this story with.

I agree, the struggle was real but the pay off was worth it to me in the end, which makes me wonder why it took so long to get good. You literally had to sit through hours of misery and frustration to get to the satisfaction. Oh well, I'm glad I finished it and now on to the next bl!

Weeellll....I finished it and as much as I absolutely hated it up until 3/4 of the way through episode 6, I actually thought it got very good from around the last 15 minutes or so of Ep 6 to the end. The last 2 and a quarter episodes completely changed my mind about it and I have to give it an 8. It was a neverensing cycle of relationship garbage that I could not stand but then once Bua and Baabin really became involved, I actually really started to like it. The relationships became much more complex, the story way more interesting to me and the acting was brilliant. I loved how things ended but boy oh boy was it a difficult watch up until that point.

Not sure if it's just me, but I think it's overrated. It's only seven episodes, but it took me ages to finish.…
Here I am nearing the end of episode 2 and I had to came on here to see exactly why this has an 8.6 score. I thought maybe it must get better because for me it's incredibly incredibly boring and to be honest I hate emotional game play, using friends that may or may not have feelings to make someone else jealous. I can't stand that. With that said, I am going to keep pushing through with it it because I've never met a bl I haven't been able to reach the ending of but the struggle is certainly real at the moment.

"A cheesy happy ending would have made the series insignificant."

I absolutely love that you said that. I kind of feel this way about the death of a character. While I try to avoid any series in which a lead dies, especially if it's at the end of the series where things seem to be about to end on a beautiful note, I will NEVER forgive you writer's of H3:MODC..... I do appreciate when it:s done well, and I know about it before I even begin watching. Not a BL but the K drama Uncontrollably Fond was a master piece in which I don't believe it could have ended any more perfect. Had it ended with an unrealistic miracle, it would have done the show a complete disservice. While I do enjoy the getaway bls provide, sometimes it's just really good to go with something truly emotional, and authentic, and gritty. It's good to feel things you don't typically feel, especially when it's true to life. Even if it makes you uncomfortable or leaves you felling not completely satisfied. With that said, I'm gathering from the comments that it isn't just the ending that is leaving people dissatisfied. Thank you for your perspective .

I appreciate your view point, it almost makes me want to go back and watch it but honestly, I typically find very little satisfaction in shows where the leads don't end up together unless they both end up alone . Just looking at the way it ended and reading the comments, I firmly believe I will not be at all satisfied with this series but I appreciate your willingness to explain how you felt about it.

Then why did you say you agree with me and that it is worth watching but then proceed to do nothing but list a litany of complaints and what was that at the end? "No, I dkn:t want to" you don't want to what? Write a series review? You've pretty much written a lengthy negative review after telling me you agreed with me and thought it was worth watching. Is this a language barrier issue? Are we both not speaking the same English or have I been dragged into the Twilight Zone?
