I think I was just so bored and in such a deep state of procrastination that I miraculously finished it . It was pretty unbearably boring. One didn't even help lol (I thought One's acting was pretty awful actually and why was he so slouched the whole time.....) and FL was such a brat it was extremely annoying. 5/10... and that might be a tad high lol
I am now rewatching this drama for the 4th time..... it's just so beautiful. even watching it now for the 4th time I notice little things I didn't notice before haha. and my breath still catches and my heart beats fast at those great little scenes between them even though I know exactly what happens next. what a masterpiece.
I really enjoyed this movie, a lot more than I thought I would. Lead actors were great. Looking forward to see more from the lead actress. One of those motivating, feel-good type of movies. Definitely could have asked for a little more for the ending.... ; ) but overall pretty good 8/10
Chemistry was perfect, and acting was as expected from Jung Hae In & Kim Go Eun meaning phenomenal. But story was severely lacking, the writing could have been tremendously better. I don't regret watching it but I definitely wouldn't watch again. I hope they get casted together as leads again I bet they'll kill it. 7/10 P.S. I don't know how it's possible but Jung Hae In is only getting more handsome, haha was left just gaping sometimes. xD
That's how I felt as well. It's been a long time since I've watched it but I still think about it a lot. Ever…
I was in the car earlier listening to just the OST and was almost crying lol. so beautiful. Oooh Bloody Romance, gotta watch that one! it's been on my list for a while. me too can't wait for it!
For the rumored second season I'd love to see it revolve around Liuying & Muci's daughter, Xufeng & Jinmi's son, and maybe Runyu's and Kuanglu's son? (lol a girl can dream right?) like maybe xufeng and jinmi decide to grow old and die together in the mortal world but want their son to live longer and experience heavenly realm and entrust their son to runyu or maybe the floral realm? I'd love for it not to revolve around a love triangle (but that's just unavoidable I guess with cdramas lol) but more of them learning to manage their realms that they've inherited, building strong friendships, experiencing love. and liuying's daughter is going to be able to make a spirit vanishing arrow like muci so that would probably be a big focus. ooooh! and what if suihe has a son or daughter and they decide they want to take over the bird family for their mom? haha now my brain is spinning with the possibilities. it'll be near impossible for them to top season1 but if they did it right i can see it coming out good as well
Just finished watching it. Took me 2 weeks. I want to cry can't believe it's over. Loved everything about it. Soundtrack, story, costumes, cinematography, acting, chemistry, the couples, the friendships..... literally everything. Definitely worth all the hype it gets. Will definitely be coming back to rewatch and I know I'll periodically come back to watch certain scenes. Gets a 10/10 from me! ** Tiny side-note. One of my favorite little details was how Jinmi's closest friend was a guy and Xufeng's was a girl (not exactly said but pretty obvious) and no hidden-for-years-unrequited romance was involved with either of them. so beautiful to see lol smiled like a dork even with their little scenes
P.S. I don't know how it's possible but Jung Hae In is only getting more handsome, haha was left just gaping sometimes. xD
