I completely agree with you! If someone doesn’t like it, they can simply skip it instead of judging or boycotting…
I’m with you on this. I really hope there won’t be anything that gives them a reason to turn against him. If they’re already calling him a pedo, like you said, then what will they do if there’s a kiss scene? But honestly, I don’t think there will be one. It wouldn’t be the first time we don’t see it anyway and we don’t care. I just hope his drama will be a huge success and shut many mouths. Those women clearly have no life and spend their time trying to ruin others’. I’m honestly so tired of them.
I'm getting tired of this age gap matter. He signed this contract before FL.but he got all hates. But let's be…
I completely agree with you! If someone doesn’t like it, they can simply skip it instead of judging or boycotting the drama before it even airs. Some people really can’t tell the difference between fiction and reality. Actors are just doing their job, portraying a character. It’s not their real life!
As long as the drama has a solid script, engaging plot, great direction and strong performances, that’s all that matters to me. I honestly don’t care about the age gap or whether there will be kissing scenes or not. Both leads look stunning together and their chemistry is already off the charts.
Neo is my favorite actor and I’ll support him in everything he does. I’m so glad this time it’s not another fantasy series but a historical drama and he’s playing a general! I have a feeling this drama will be amazing. Let others complain all they want... I’ll just be here enjoying every episode 😇
It starts off strong, then loses a bit of its momentum, and I wait patiently and curiously, hoping for that spark to return. And then comes Episode 3. What a masterpiece! One of the most powerful battles I’ve ever seen, breathtakingly directed and emotionally charged from start to finish. I watched with my heart racing and tears in my eyes.
Ding Yuxi absolutely owned the scene with his brother, that raw, heartbreaking scream went straight through me. It was one of his most moving performances to date. Episode 3 was flawless and from here on, I’m all in. ✊️
I absolutely love Chen Jing Ke and I really admire actors who aren’t afraid to step out of their comfort zone and try new things. It shows they’re not just pretty faces. They truly have acting talent. I really enjoyed the first two episodes and can’t wait for the next ones. It’s exactly the kind of show I love!
There isn’t a single thing that bothers me so far. Everything and everyone is just perfect. I’m already addicted. And as I said yesterday, I’m absolutely captivated by the music and the visuals. I feel as if I’m part of their world in that very moment.
The story is engaging and easy to follow, with beautifully crafted characters and a captivating world. Cheng Yi is phenomenal as always. His presence and expressions are magnetic and Li Yi Tong is adorable, bringing warmth and charm. 🕸️ The cinematography is stunning and the soundtrack perfectly complements both action and emotional moments. The premiere grabbed my attention from the very beginning and I can already tell this series will be unforgettable. 🌙💖
A visually enchanting wuxia fantasy! Luo Yunxi once again proves he was born for roles like this. Noble, intense and utterly captivating from the very first scene. The cinematography and action sequences are outstanding. Bao Shang En shines with grace and strength, while Alen Fang impresses in a refreshing and distinctive role. Stunning sets, exquisite costumes and storytelling that completely draws you in.
Absolutely amazing so far. I really love the dark, slightly gothic atmosphere and the music. I adored the choreography in the action scenes. The cinematography is stunning and I believe Gong Jun is at his absolute best here. Amazing both in appearance and performance. Overall, all the actors have been excellent in their roles so far. And the best is yet to come 🤗
How many years after Dashing Youth does Blood River take place? 11? And Baili Dong Jun (played by Neo Hou in DY) is grown up here, but Umbrella Ghost still looks very young 🙄 I’m so confused 🤔
The drama is calm, sweet, and purely Japanese in style. It beautifully conveys messages about mental health and addiction. The chemistry between the leads is absolutely wonderful!
Oguri Shun is charming, expressive, and has such a captivating voice — simply outstanding in everything he does. Han Hyo Joo is incredible; you actually forget she’s Korean! She speaks flawless Japanese and feels completely natural in her role.
The music is fantastic. The show carries that classic Japanese tone. Even though it touches on the characters’ psychological struggles, it never feels heavy or dull. It doesn’t overdo the “chocolate recipes” either; it shows just enough, focusing instead on emotions and human relationships.
It’s colorful, well-paced, with just the right amount of tension and a few comedic touches that make it flow beautifully. The 8 episodes were exactly what it needed, nothing more, nothing less.
And as for the finale... The guest appearances by Song Joong Ki and Sakaguchi Kentaro in the last episode were such a pleasant surprise!
All in all, I truly enjoyed watching it, from the very first to the very last second.

But was he really reaching for the cup… or something else? 🤔
