And we already know that 1) is relevant to the story since ep. 1 and that that character will be introduced at some point (unless they pull out the twin card). But what could be the purpose of having the stepsister back in the story alive?
I wonder if the scenes showing Ba Reum as the cross killer that we'll get to see were already filmed before and they cut them in a way to not show us his face in the first episodes, or if they filmed them newly right now. I'd really like to know.

Most of the times I hate it when drama episodes are considerably longer than 60 minutes (which especially tvn likes to do) but with Mouse, I can't help but feel disappointed when the episodes are only 60-70 minutes long. I want more haha.
It doesn't look like the basement imo but I'm not sure. But anyway, I believe they will discover Han Kook's body, either in the basement or Ba Reum will clear out the basement and leave the body somewhere else.

I believe that little boy who helped Jae Hoon with his wound was Yo Han. It fits the narrative since they kept showing us Ba Reum and Yo Han facing off. And the boy's interest in helping treat/save people also fits Yo Han's character who became a doctor. His personality as an adult is noticeably different, but we shouldn't forget that he was bullied in school and even ready to commit suicide, so this will certainly have changed his personality to become cold.
And I'm pretty sure he must be the son of the nurse, the other pregnant lady who got her baby's DNA tested. The show kept suggesting that Ba Reum and Yo Han are the children of Song Ji Eun and that nurse (but not stating which is which).
It actually makes sense imo. The mouse kills the cats because she feels threatened by them and thus becomes agressive towards them. Just like how it was the case with the mouse and the snake that was shown to us in the drama.
So BR is the psycho kid we've been watching in the flashbacks, YH is his stepbrother and the girl in the orphanage…

Someone pointed out that Jae Hoon might not have lived with Sung Ji Eun but with an adoptive mom, so one of the bodies could be the adoptive mom, which means that one of the step-siblings could be alive. But it's impossible for both of them to be alive. And there are even more things proving that Yo Han can't be the stepbrother, but I'll leave it at that for now.
I personally think that the three bodies were really the dad, the stepbrother and the stepsister, otherwise the police would have mentioned that one more child besides Jae Hoon survived, I believe. Or even question her/him together with Jae Hoon. But the above possibility definitely can't be ruled out for sure.
Oh, you're right, that's a nice observation. This is possible. But what would her being alive contribute to the story? The same goes for the brother being alive. In both cases, I'm failing to see a purpose.
I think it makes more sense if that woman turns out to be Daniel Lee's sister. I don't know either what Daniel Lee's sister's purpose in the story could be, but the younger sibling was mentioned in ep. 1 already, so we knew since the beginning that the sibling is relevant to the story and will appear at some point, whether it's this woman or someone else. Furthermore, there aren't many episodes left now and the writer likes to throw in clues and then come back to them a few episodes later, so Daniel Lee's sibling needs to be addressed soon.

I thought that maybe they're finally introducing Daniel Lee's lost sibling, but they mentioned the brother already came looking for her twice and it would be strange if it were Daniel Lee since he's known to be dead to the public. But they said "the brother turned out to be that man". What does that mean? Is it Daniel Lee after all?
I'm sure that woman is important. The drama never mentions irrelevant things, they always come back to even the smallest details in later episodes. Just like how Bong Yi suggested a story about a grandma with dementia who's going around killing cats when they were brainstorming for ideas at work, and they came back to this in ep. 14.

I've been anxious about this ever since they mentioned that the area will be redeveloped since we already knew that there was something hidden beneath the flower pot haha. Ba Reum was so freaking lucky that they didn't start the redevelopment work yet.
But since Ba Reum discovered his hideout now, he'll most likely clear it out before someone else could discover what's in there. I also wonder what he'll do with the body of the boy that is still there.
Or maybe we're actually completely wrong and Ba Reum's bad conscience will lead him to confess and/or not care about people knowing about his true identity. But I think it's more likely that he'll try to hide it.

The written preview for ep. 15 is suggesting that Chi Kook will let Moo Chi know about Ba Reum's true identity, though. But maybe Chi Kook will pretend to not remember anything in front of Ba Reum?
