I don't know if it's really a big issue in Korea, will have to do some research, but I feel the problem is not…
I just had a thought. Maybe he actually did the stunts himself which would explain the interviews, but he looked too awkard, so they refilmed it with a stunt double. Being fit doesn't necessarily mean that you look good doing martial arts after all. Maybe he really tried but is just not that talented in that area. And they might have made this decision last-minute which would also explain the bad editing.

Are you sure he only mentioned the car stunts? I'll have to check but I think I remember reading that he talked about the stunts in general but emphasized that he's even doing the car stunts himself.
Uh so I just saw this online, and is this a big issue rn in Korea? https://twitter.com/KdramaRoom/status/1384713513529077762"SBS…
I just checked and it doesn't look good. It's the 2nd hottest topic in the entertainment category on Naver right now and all newspapers are putting out articles on it. They're saying the action scenes are badly edited and are criticising Lee Je Hoon for being insincere since he talked about doing stunts himself in interviews before the drama aired.

I don't know if it's really a big issue in Korea, will have to do some research, but I feel the problem is not that the scene was done by a stuntman but rather that they promoted the drama by saying Lee Je Hoon is doing the action stunts himself.
And why am I not surprised that there's some sort of "scandal" now that the drama has become such a big hit, haha. Let's hope the outcry from the netizens is not too big, I don't want Lee Je Hoon to be put in a negative light because of something stupid like this. It could also minder his chances to win awards for Taxi Driver and this is the last thing I want to happen.
Haven’t started this yet as I’m waiting to binge but did the number of episodes get bumped up or has it always…
It's always been 20. Maybe you were under this impression because almost all Kdramas have been 16 episodes long in recent years (with a few exceptions like OCN dramas).
I think tvn just doesn't want to air one of their new dramas because they won't stand a chance against the ratings monster Taxi Driver which is airing on the same days now.
Rescheduled to air on Fridays and Saturdays and premiering on April 30.https://blog.asianwiki.com/korean-dramas/teaser-posters-revised-ep-1-air-date-for-ocn-drama-series-dark-hole
I don't get this decision to change the schedule to Friday and Saturday. Now it's going up right against Taxi Driver which is a ratings monster.
From which perspective are you asking this question? Are you watching the drama already or planning to watch it?
Then I'm sorry to disappoint you, but this drama is very dark and doesn't focus on romance at all. Even if there might be some very small hints at romance, it's for a different purpose.
There must be a bug, the rating here for this drama jumped down a lot all at once.
And if you look at the statistics page, the rating is at least 8.5% in every age group. Based on the numbers there, the actual rating should be around 8.8%.
So the preview already revealed that they were just trying to trick us with the end of ep. 13, as expected. Moo Chi still has no clue about Ba Reum. He's even asking Ba Reum to be his younger brother, which means that their relationship is even growing closer.
And judging by the comments below the preview on Youtube, many are now convinced that Shin Sang is a psychopath. However, the writer knows that viewers find him suspicious, so I believe this is just an attempt to make us curious about the next episode by hinting at the possibility that there's something strange about Shin Sang. I still stand by what I said before, it's extremely unlikely that he's a psychopath. I think that in the scene shown in the preview either nothing happens at all (and it was only inserted to trick us) or the two or one of them become crime victims, or they witness something.
He's so hot!! He's so toned and fit. You wouldn't expect it, but I've seen some of his ahem pics and damn!! I…
I second Tomorrow With You! I loved how he flirted with Shin Min Ah in there, he was both cute and hot.
I hope he'll do a pure romance drama sometime in the future, I'm dying to see it. Actually, he mentioned in almost every interview for I don't know how many years that he wants to do romance but doesn't get any offers for it. I wonder why? Maybe the casting directors think rom-coms are below his acting skills?
Who is the guy with "OZ" tatoo? Because, we all know that Ba Reum is a psychopath no matters how its end. So I'm…
I'm pretty convinced that it's Lee Min Soo. There have been quite a few hints towards him and the silhouette also fits. But we'll have to wait for confirmation.
So vigilante cop doesn't approve of other people going vigilante and will do anything (not that it means anything,…
Moo Chi wants to catch the culprit not because the latter is a vigilante but because he recognized that it's the doing of a psychopath.
It was pretty obvious that Daniel Lee wasn't dead and I think they will have a logical explanation for it that will be revealed later. It seems to me that he's actually the big mastermind behind everything and doing his own experiments with Ba Reum. And he's obviously only talking bullsh*t to manipulate Ba Reum.
But I completely agree with your last point, this is bugging me too. I really hope the writer has a logical explanation in store that nobody imagined. Otherwise, it really turns the story into an unrealistic fiction.
I also agree with Moo Chi currently being used for plot twists. I had the same feeling after watching the latest episode and felt cheated. I hope next episode will be better again.
Indeed, it's super scary.
I hope this will die down quickly.

So the rating for the following episodes really just wasn't decided yet. Maybe all episoded will be rated 19+ in the end.

I hope they can keep up the quality with the current filming schedule. I'd rather they go on another break than give us a lower quality product.
