So the only purpose of Moo Chi telling Ba Reum "You're not asking me why Bong Yi was set free" with a non-surprised face at the end of ep. 12 was to make us viewers think Moo Chi discovered Ba Reum's DNA, wasn't it? I kinda feel cheated. Especially since every single detail in this drama seems to hold importance, so one would obviously think that it's the same with this detail too. Twists are okay but they shouldn't insert additional stuff just to deceive us. The latest episode really was a letdown. I hope it picks up again next week.

That's what I'm hoping for too! Penthouse 2 is a strong contender, but that drama has an ensemble cast, so I hope they won't decide to give the Daesang to just one actor from there. Lee Je Hoon's acting skills have long been on Daesang-level, I hope this is his chance now.

He could even win at the Baeksang Awards next year if Move to Heaven does well too. And I really hope he finally gains more fans through Taxi Driver, he's seriously underrated.

It's not possible that Daniel Lee is just in Ba Reum's head. There's also the tattoo guy who's working for Daniel Lee and even communicating with him on the phone and the tattoo guy definitely exists for real. Also, the DNA test results Daniel Lee gave Ba Reum can't be imagined either. Only after knowing the result of the blue toothbrush, Ba Reum found out about the serial killer who became his next target.

I think it will be addressed only at the very end of the drama. My guess is that he'll be the crucial witness so that they can get Ba Reum behind bars.

Maybe as his memories are gradually coming back, he's subconsciously turning more and more into his old self and it starts to overshadow his newfound "good" side.

He definitely still has the ability to feel emotions, I don't think it will just disappear (and it wouldn't really make sense medically either). We saw him feeling love for Bong Yi for example. But maybe his true self is starting to numb certain emotions down, like empathy. However, I think those emotions can still be triggered when something big happens, like him finding out he killed the grandma of the person he loves.

Indeed, it's so confusing. The "switch" is currently off but he's acting more and more as if it were on. The lines seem to get blurry.

Also, how he kept asking questions to the people around him was so strange, as if he himself couldn't empathize with the victims (like the wrongly accused dad) and thus needed to hear from the others what the "normal" reaction would be.

It was at her first work meeting when Hong Joo's team was looking for a new item. I think it was pretty much right after the beer/soda scene.

I feel it's high time that the drama starts to answer questions instead of adding new ones. There's only 7 episodes left now. If we list them out, there's probably around 20 points at least that need to be answered and I don't want the show to rush things in the end or leave some of them unresolved.

And we also need conclusions after the mysteries are all solved, I don't want this to be rushed in the end either.

Oh really? I had no idea that the PD was changed. That's intersting, I wonder what the reason behind the change is. Are they attempting to revive the show with a new PD? It seems like the ratings have been going down since last year.

The latest episode reached a new ratings low for this year. I hope they can somehow revive the show, I don't want it to get canceled. But the concept is problematic to make it into a long-running show, so they probably will have to end it at some point. They will run out of people who can guest as masters sooner or later.

You mentioning the lawyer is really interesting. I thought he attacked Bong Yi because she's umarried and not a virgin anymore due to the rape incident, but it didn't quite fit imo since she didn't lose her virginity on her own free will. But if the lawyer actually saw Bong Yi sleep with Ba Reum, it would make much more sense. It would also explain why Ba Reum didn't keep asking for the reason why the lawyer attacked Bong Yi. When the lawyer told Ba Reum: "Do you really not know?" and smiled slyly, I felt Ba Reum understood the hint, but he didn't know about the rape incident back then.

Someone mentioned in a comment below that the item that was taken away was a laptop, so the tattoo guy was indeed after the evidence but missed that there was also a USB. But how on earth did he know about it? The only people who knew that he has the evidence are Hong Joo and Bong Yi. Or maybe the bicycle guy was taped to be on the safe side and thus Daniel Lee's man heard the phone call he made to Hong Joo. Or he had called not only the TV Station but the police as well and happened to speak to Lee Min Soo.

Huh, how did you come to this conclusion? We never saw the tattoo on Ba Reum's finger and it's actually impossible for it to be Ba Reum since he can't be the same person who cleared up the crime scene of his first murder. It's not like Ba Reum has multiple personalities and doesn't remember what he's doing. And the phone call between the tattoo guy and Daniel Lee can't be explained either if you assume it's Ba Reum.

I'm convinced it's Lee Min Soo but we'll have to wait for the confirmation.

So it wasn't Hong Joo who was attacked but the owner of the bicycle. But it's still unclear why Daniel Lee's man attacked him. And what did he take from him? It wasn't the video from the dashcam after all.

Or actually, maybe he didn't attack him but only robbed him. We saw him walking up from a car when the guy was already lying on the ground. But who attacked him then?
