Many shows are not airing today due to elections. I think this seems to be another contributory factor for today's…
Yes, they're definitely airing the special today since it's very convenient, on the one hand because of the elections and on the other hand because the drama is exactly at the half point.
But I still think the main reason is because they're late with filming. Maybe they already have enough material for ep. 11-12, but they might come in trouble later, so they chose to do this special now since the time is perfect for it. If it were for the elections, they wouldn't air a special either but a report on the elections, I believe.
It looks to me like they really want to hide the fact that they're behind with filming lol. Maybe they fear negative feedback from the actors' fans? Knetizens can be really crazy after all and they might blame the production team for making things hard for their stars, since being late with filming obviously means less time to rest for everyone involved in the production.
I love all the members so much that I don't want the cast to ever change, but it's inevitable since Ravi will have to enlist soon. Unless they'll stay as only five members until he comes back, I really want them to cast Lee Do Hyun. I feel he's a natural talent at variety and would be such a great addition.
Honestly, ep. 1 was quite boring imo. I found the idea for this show actually really interesting and I don't know if it's just me, but it's been quite a while since I got that bored while watching a variety show. I feel like the concept as it is now isn't working out. But it's only the first episode, so I'll give it another chance.
Also, I feel like everyone is kind of trying to copy the success of The House Detox. There are so many new shows about house interior nowadays. Was it necessary to do house remodeling in this show as well? I'm actually really interested in interior design, but this show wasn't supposed to be about that. It's lacking a clear focus imo.
Only his emotions, he was already extremely intelligent even before. If Ba Reum is the cross killer, then it means…
Yes, it's of course all based on the assumption that Ba Reum is the cross killer. I thought you were basing your comment on that too since you mentioned you're getting more convinced that Ba Reum is the killer.
new poster and I'm getting more convinced that JBR is the killer. He dressed like Yo Han and the transplantation…
Only his emotions, he was already extremely intelligent even before. If Ba Reum is the cross killer, then it means he is Jae Hoon, and Jae Hoon was said to have an IQ over 160 (and someone with an IQ above 160 is considered a genius). Furthermore, he wanted to become a doctor when he was 10. Even though he didn't turn out to be one, a child with such a high IQ could very well teach himself medical stuff by reading books, which explains Ba Reum's medical knowledge. I don't think it's related to Yo Han, it's just another point that confuses Ba Reum because he associates it with Yo Han.
Maybe it was only a hallucination of Bareum? He often had this. Like the noosebleed, he saw in the mirror, but…
That's a good point you brought up here. I believe this serves as another proof that these memories can't be Yo Han's and have to be his own's. Otherwise, he should have other memories from Yo Han as well that aren't related to killing, just like you said. For example memories about Yo Han with Hong Joo, but there's nothing.
I really want Ba Reum to kill Kang Deok Soo, I wonder if this will happen. I felt like Bong Yi was the trigger…
Come to think of it, dragging Kang Deok Soo's story is actually quite an excellent writing decision. It makes us viewers feel unsettlingly nervous about whether and when something will happen, so it sort of recreates the feeling the people in the drama must have knowing that a rapist is roaming around freely in the area.
I really want Ba Reum to kill Kang Deok Soo, I wonder if this will happen.
I felt like Bong Yi was the trigger that led Ba Reum to become so enraged that he ended up killing the lawyer, and the lawyer didn't even manage to harm Bong Yi, so I'm really curious how Ba Reum will react when he finally learns about the rape incident. Could Kang Deok Soo become Ba Reum's first planned murder post-surgery?
I think Kang Deok Soo's story will get closure in ep. 11-12, it's about time. And the written preview already revealed that ep. 11 will focus on Kang Deok Soo among other things.
My problem with this drama is the author's intention to make an SK repent of his sins. For this, she is able to…
I totally get what you mean, but yeah, I think this is where it's going, it can't be helped imo. The story wouldn't have much impact if the psychopath's victims were completely unrelated to him and we as viewers didn't know much about them either. On the one hand, the psychopath's remorse will be a lot bigger like this, and on the other hand, the viewers who feel emotionally connected to the victims will suffer with them and wonder how they'll react. The story would get boring after a while if no important characters were directly involved with the psychopath.
Of course, this is all under the assumption that our current theories about the drama are true and the writer won't suddenly pull the story in a completely different direction.
Ah no, Grandma actually told him about the incident before, right? Then it would make sense.
I just replayed the scene from ep. 4. Wasn't it Yo Han's voice? Used to mislead us viewers, of course. I also compared it to Lee Min Soo's voice just in case and I feel they do sound a little similar, but I'm not sure, I'm very bad at recognizing voices. Lee Min Soo's voice can be heard in ep. 10 min 54:43 for example. What do you think?
But it makes most sense if they just used Yo Han's voice to mislead us. And I still think that Ba Reum killed Grandma.

And either the trailer for the special is just baiting or they'll clear it up once and for all who Jae Hoon is.
And it was Jae Hoon's voice in ep. 2, not Yo Han's, so we can't conclude whether it's Yo Han or Ba Reum talking, or even a third person.
The things you mentioned can't serve as proof for either theories. Everything is left in the open.
