Was the second child in the opening the kid from the photo that the aunt gave Ba Reum? I'm not 100% sure, but if it's the same kid, then it would support the switch theory since the kid in the photo must be Yo Han then.
The irony if this is really the case! Jae Hoon wished to become like the other child, and his wish was really granted through the surgery.
Now I'm 100% convinced that the aunt knows something. We only had hints before, but ep. 11 made it clear. She even gave Ba Reum the wrong home address so that he couldn't find her and she seemed very uneasy while watching Ba Reum interact with the kid, as if she was afraid of Ba Reum.
I believe this is a huge clue that Ba Reum must be Jae Hoon. If Ba Reum always used to be nice, the aunt would have no reason to behave like this.
The guy cleaning up after Ba Reum was Lee Min Soo, wasn't he? So it seems like he's working for Daniel Lee, I wonder why.
And even if Lee Min Soo is not another psychopath as I thought at first, I still think he was probably the one who staged the recent cross murders. He took the lawyer's victims and set it up as a cross murder to provoke Ba Reum. This makes still sense even if he's working for Daniel Lee. It looks like these two really wanted to lead Ba Reum into the direction of becoming a murderer.
I also wonder if it was Lee Min Soo or Ba Reum himself who stopped Moo Chi from going to the scene. Either it was Ba Reum himself so that he could kill Kang Deok Soo to his heart's content, or it was Lee Min Soo in order to pave the way for Ba Reum.
I've been following this show for a few months now and while I didn't like all episodes, I still found it quite entertaining all in all. But now I've started watching the old episodes from ep.1 on and omg, it's like watching a different show! The early episodes were so funny, my stomach is hurting from laughing too hard!
I just can't wait to see our dark hero Ba Reum. This will be epic!
I hope the scene from the short preview won't be the end of ep. 11, I need to see Ba Reum in action haha, otherwise the wait for ep. 12 will be unbearable.

I think so. He must have been following him since he knows everything about Ba Reum and even got rid of the lawyer's body, so I think he saw everything.
I just had another idea. What if Daniel Lee is actually the real mastermind behind everything and manipulated everyone and everything in a way so that we'd have the outcome we have now, with Ba Reum's surgery and so on? So basically, Daniel Lee is the one doing the experiment, Ba Reum is his experimental "mouse" and his goal, as he stated before is getting rid of all evil in the world, and thus he wanted to know if a psychopath's brain could be changed for the better. Or he already foresaw that Ba Reum's killer instinct would live on and his goal was to make him into a killer who could get rid of all other psychopaths right from the start.
Now that Daniel Lee is back, an idea just came to my mind. Maybe Daniel Lee actually wanted to disappear (for whatever reason might be), so could he have asked Yo Han to help him stage his death? Since Yo Han as a doctor would have known where to stab him and make him lose a lot of blood without killing him. And Daniel Lee prepared a different body and then asked Yo Han to throw it into the water.
As to why Yo Han would agree to do all that, maybe Daniel Lee emotionally pressured him to do him a favor since Yo Han's dad killed his sister.

Ba Reum feels conflicted but decides that it's the right thing to confess that he was the one who killed the lawyer. When he gets out of the bus, he bumps into an old man, and that man switches his phone out. Just when Ba Reum enters the police station, the phone rings and we can hear Daniel Lee's voice who tells Ba Reum not to confess and that the brain surgery has to remain a secret to the world. Ba Reum wants to know who the voice is and asks to meet up. Then, Ba Reum gets kidnapped and brought to Daniel Lee's hideout. Daniel Lee finally reveals his face and Ba Reum asks him why he got rid of the lawyer's body. However, instead of giving him an answer, he tells Ba Reum there should be something else to be curious about and asks him how he felt when he killed the lawyer. Ba Reum gives excuses and says it was self-defense, but Daniel Lee sees through it and tells him that the "switch" already got actived and he won't be able to stop his lust for killing from now on, it will actually only get worse, so why not make use of it in a different way?
So he is a dark hero and not the cross serial killer? Or is it both.... He was the cross killer in past and now…
From the looks of it he's going to turn into a dark hero killing criminals from now on. As for his identity before the surgery, it still remains to be revealed.
According to the short preview for ep. 11, it seems like we'll indeed get a dark hero in Ba Reum. It looks like he's really starting to plan and carry out murders after what Daniel Lee said to him. His first target will be Kang Deok Soo, I guess.
