He tells her he doesn't want to hear things like "sorry" or "thank you" from her anymore. He got comforted by the letters as well, so she's not indebted to him. Also, Do San went to find Dal Mi by herself after reading the letters, and he, Ji Pyung, isn't the Do San from the letters. Ji Pyung walks away while Dal Mi smiles brightly.

SH Venture grabs a meeting with the CEO of a start-up that works for a good cause and so Jin Goo and Ji Pyung get to meet. Ji Pyung tells him that it's impossible for his company to invest in this project, but he'd like to invest personally and will even give him thrice the amount he requested. Jin Goo asks for the reason and Ji Pyung tells him, because I like your voice.

I'm crying. The Ji Pyung - Grandma scene was so heartbreaking.
As they're all having fun together, Grandma seems to think of Ji Pyung. She visits Ji Pyung at his home right afterwards. He tells her that he won't contact her for the time being since he's fine and living well. Grandma grabs his hand and tells him, visit me often and whenever you want, no matter the reason. You can smile or cry in front of me, I won't ask for the reason. I don't want you to feel lonely anymore. It's okay, you have me.
