Title Spring Fever
I really like Bom and Sun Gyu! They make a cute crazy couple. Sun Gyu was THE man saying he waited 36 years for her... knowing how he had to be responsible for his nephew so young and basically had no life besides caring for him. So touching.
It is frustrating that none of the other stories are as interesting. The high schoolers, the lawyer and the teachers bore me. From now on, I'll forward their scenes.
But that is not even the worst part... I'm so sick of botched plastic surgery in actors! I mean, your job is to convey emotions with your face, I shouldn't get distracted by your shaved jaw (LJB) or awful chin implant (CSW)...

Title Doctor Slump Spoiler
I was really into the 4 main characters, it's good how open and accepting they are with one another. The subject of mental health is also always appreciated in kdramas. BUT! WHY ARE THEY DRINKING -OR PLAIN DRUNK- EVERY SINGLE EPISODE????? I really don't get it, I mean Ha Neul and Jeong Woo freaking take pills?????? WHY THE ALCOHOL it brings nothing to the plot... not only I am annoyed over the uber consumption, I'm now THIS close to dropping the whole thing (and I hate dropping dramas). And now Truck-sama ? You have got to be kidding me!

Title A Time Called You Spoiler
I watched this in 2 days. As someone who loved Someday or One Day, I must say I have a hard time choosing which one I loved better, simply because the two dramas feel different. There's good and bad in each. I actually like the different storylines A Time Called You explored. I always regretted in the OG how secondary Jun Jie was, and that wasn't the case with In Gyu. Also, we have proper closure for Min Ju and I'm happy about it. We also learn about Yeon Jun's life before Si Heon became Yeon Jun, it's always nice to have background stories.
The timelines made a bit more sense to me in ATCY. But then, there's something missing in the way longing is portrayed... like in SOOD I could feel for the characters more? Sorry I love you Hyo Seop but you're no match for Greg Hsu!
To sum up, there is no need to fight, both versions are worthwhile if you don't pick a side from the get go!
On Love Like the Falling Petals Mar 25, 2022
It was a nice movie overall. A nice watch, really, though nothing memorable . Japan sure knows how to make us cry *emotional damage incoming in 3,2...* I'm not really impressed by Honoka but the Kentos had very good delivery. WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT LAST ENCOUNTER, SERIOUSLY HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??? I WAS CRYING LIKE 5 SECONDS BEFORE AND THEN I WANTED TO THROW THINGS AT MY SCREEN LOL
On Love Affairs in the Afternoon Aug 23, 2019
I'm going to be the antagonist here and say that I'm not impressed at all with this drama. I just don't get the Ji Eun/Jung Woo couple. First of all, the actors are so-so. I loved Lee Sang Yeob in other roles but he's not making it for me in this one. And was Park Ha Sun always this bad? She's had one expression on her face the entire time to the point where I want to shake her so she finally reacts...
Their story line I also don't get. Why did Jung Woo even get with Min Young in the first place?? He clearly never loved her, they have nothing in common and he kept giving her false hope by staying silent whenever she talks to him. They weren't even legally married in the begining of the drama. Should have broken up waaaaay sooner, he deserves what he gets imo. Min Young's desperation is both sad and toxic and I find myself understanding her to a certain extend. She's crazy alright, but I see where she comes from. You do not get with someone and marry them because you pity them.
Ji Eun's character really is not interesting, she's just so... blank. And why hasn't she confronted her husband about their problems in these 3 years??? Is there some kind of unspoken law in marriage that forbids communication?
Thankfully, the Soo Ah/Ha Yoon couple is more relatable, from the way they meet, how their love blossoms and the "real" obstacles they face. It's always tougher when kids are involved. The only negative point in this storyline for me is Ye Ji Won's face. I don't remember her face being so stiff (I hope she stops messing with plastic surgery/botox, she's a good actress, it could bring her down in the future...)
I'm annoyed at this drama. I have a hard time finishing and I'm 3 episodes away from the end, that's so frustrating... I want to know how the story unfolds so I'm pretty sure I'll get past this, but it gets no more than a 5/10 from me.

Just curious, is the main spoiler you mention in the tag disassociative personality disorder? I haven't watched…
Yeah, it actually is. I didn't pay attention to tags before and I think it's a shame to be written so clearly, it's better to keep it in the dark in my opinion. But I understand that it can help people interested in this kind of plot to find dramas to watch, so I'm conflicted...

Title Misty
Ji Jin Hee
He's so hot I get distracted sometimes. And it helps that his character is perhaps the greatest husband ever in the history of husbands.

Doo Shik's love life is so shitty it's freaking hilarious!! It reminds me of my own and I somehow feel better hahaha. It's my favorite storyline so far!
I have a hard time guessing who Seo Jin is gonna end up with... Doo Shik is always the sweetest with her and she seems to be fond of him but her bickering with Joon Ki could spark something...?

It's always been 10. Every source but DF was wrong, MDL finally fixed it.
Thanks for the answer!
On My First Love Jan 30, 2018
I think the synopsis should be changed. It is incredibly misleading! There is no "fierce rivalry" between the two. On the contrary, 28yo Shin Woo, though in love with the girl, rejects her so that 18yo Shin Woo can muster his courage to woo her. Yes, there is a bit of a team kill in the sense that young Shin Woo is jealous of his future self, but in no way does old Shin Woo sabotage himself! That would be ridiculous and totally counterproductive!
Does anyone know why the number of episodes keeps growing? I thought it had already been on Oksusu, so the number of episodes should be set, no?

Dang, your comment made me doubt a little. I dropped this as early as episode 8 because I thought it was becoming…
The story of the drama isn't nearly as good as the one in IOTL, but the love story is somewhat similar? Not similar in how it happens but in the way it made me feel. You know when imperfect characters start loving each other despite AND because of their imperfections? In IOTL, mental health could have broken them apart but going through hardships together made their love that much stronger? In ToF, it's their insecurities that could have stopped their love, but they embrace the flaws of the other and go on.
It you're looking for a well made drama, a solid story, Temperature of Love might not be for you. I'll be honest, it's not well written at all. But if you want to watch a story about love, with raw feelings and a little passion, you can go ahead and pick it up again.
I'm not sure how to express my opinions, English isn't my first language so I don't seem to convey my thoughts the way I would want to. I hope it still helps!

First ep seems like a parody lmao that gun fight/chase was (ridiculous)ly funny but I don't think it was supposed…
I just started watching and was seriously laughing so hard I cried! That scene is ridiculous, I hope it gets better...
On Temperature of Love Nov 22, 2017
Ah, I'm conflicted. There were both amazing and really shitty aspects in this drama. I can't really bring myself to completely dislike it. Hyun Soo & Jung Seon's love story is epic. Epic in the most beautiful way. It's such a dreamy love story, realistic even. They are passionate but sweet, fragile but strong, dedicated to each other but still both career-driven and most importantly, they learn from their mistakes and grow together. He is emotionally broken, she's either indecisive or impulsive, but together they are perfect and it moved me. They made my heart flutter a lot, maybe in a way that no other couple in the world of fiction did. I think their story as a couple is rather fresh for a K-drama. The last time I felt such pure love was in It's Okay, That's Love (and damn this one wrecked me!). This genuine depiction of love surpassed the drama's flaws in my opinion. And God knows there were A LOT (ironic when so many characters are involved with drama-writing/producing...). I'm probably still judging it with emotions in the way, so I guess I'll have to rewatch it in the future to really grasp it all. But one thing is sure, the OST is legendary.

Thank you so much for featuring Sho! He is (and will always be) my first asian love, 11 years later I'm still blown away by everything he's able to accomplish. He was pure brilliant in The Quiz Show 2!

Lol is a kdrama, beating seems really common in their dramas, we experienced that in Strongest Delivery Man that's…
I haven't watched Strongest Delivery Man so I'm not sure how bad the violence is, but I can't get used to it, though it might be "common"
On Revolutionary Love Oct 22, 2017
I seriously don't drop dramas that often (i stick to the end to make sure I won't regret dropping it) but I can't help but drop this one. I wasn't that excited about the plot in the first place (the rich dude in love with the hard-working poor girl, ends up learning about life thanks to her... So many similar dramas are already out there) but decided to watch it anyway since it's a tvN drama and since I love Siwon, Gong Myung, Sora and Lee Jae Yoon (when will you have a main role, my love?). Not only I don't like Hyuk, but there is just no x factor here. It's... boring? Gong Myung's character is the most interesting one but, as many of you already said, there's something missing. So I call it quits in the middle of episode 2, cause I can't stand Hyuk's violent father. Hyuk was beaten very badly and not a single member of the board -oh, his own family btw- seemed to mind or to have the will to stop. The dad being the CEO and angered by his immature son doesn't give him the right to be an abusive ass. It sends a very wrong message to the people watching imo. It saddens me but I'm out.

Yeah, speaking of which, my heart was hurting for Shingo-chan the whole drama... He was so nice and cute with Misa and deserved a real good happy ending!
