Yeah, I was thinking about Jamie too. He more or less promised to be there for him but I guess he forgot about that when he once again decided to leave. That kid deserves the heaven, not some indecisive dude who maybe, probably but maybe not will be there next time you wake up. Poor kid.

I had so high hopes for this episodes but no, of course that little whiner (no offense) had to go and fuck it up. Again. And I’m afraid that will go like that the next three episodes too. I’m secretly hoping BJ will set his foot down and tell LJ he’s had enough and no, you can’t come back. I’m over you. Wishful thinking probably.

I am so over little Jane now. Once again is he leaving BJ. Why?? To prove he’s worthy of his love? Now’s not the time. Just take the fucking money and let your bratty little brother (anyone surprised he would fuck up? No? Me neither. ) solve his issues himself. Make a payment plan to BJ or something.

This is getting boring tbh. I’m only watching atp because I find BJ pretty attractive. All the drama is just repeating itself over and over. At least do some mafia stuff. Just a teeny tiny bit.

I’m not serious. I would never wish harm on sweet Jamie. However, LJ would suffer if Jamie got sick again and suffer he shall if he keep on whining. (I’m kidding obv. Not at the expense of some innocent.) He has a heart of gold when it comes to the kid and the way he reacted when he got the reaction the first time him blaming himself despite it was an accident he would kill himself if it happened again.

Some part of me actually hope he continues his mafia ways but yeah, it is the logical outcome, albeit the boring one. It’s gonna be interesting to see if the dad will have any more part in the series and if so, how.

Just let the dude have his side hustle. He obviously enjoys it. It’s not like lil’ Jane didn’t know what he was doing all along. I swear, if he keeps on whining about it one more time after this reunion I’m gonna give the kid more lup chups.

That aside, I actually like this more than I expected. I’m a bit confused about whose the red flag here. JP has been a gentleman about most things regarding LJ’s wishes so far except for some laps in judgement in the beginning. A mobster doesn’t equal a red flag in my book either. LJ is just a whining brat or too emotional. His mood swings are ridiculous but I get that he’s worried about JP’s side hustle and the danger he’s getting himself into with it.

Jamie’s a cinnamon bun but without LJ he’s very much destined to become a mobster like his brother and father. So prayers that LJ stops with his shenanigans and stays by his side.

Idk, 4 more episodes of exactly what we’ve got so far? Because I’m not so sure what the plot really is here. JP and LJ getting together? JP stopping his side hustle? JP, LJ and Jamie playing house? Daddy dearest ruining JP? Idk.

The chemistry is off the roof with this one. But it’s not really a surprise now is it. SkyNani are perfect together. And the other actors are really good too. Especially Krist. I didn’t even recognize him until half way through after I had looked at the cast. He should def do some Shakespeare, he’s so talented.

However, I had some issues with the story. It’s too shallow. They should have spent more time building the whole corruption thing and the pm story. I didn’t even grasp what they were after until the second half. I don’t get why they only got 9 episodes. They could have gone more in depth with the politics and all and built a better foundation with a couple more episodes. With that said… I want a second season with Pete and Niran casually solving cases fighting bad guys while being all lovey dovey in that bro way.

One kiss away from BL. If you don’t like BL then maybe you shouldn’t watch this. Go watch the original Korean one, School 2013, instead. It’s just as good but the outcome is different for some characters and it’s a lot darker in some aspects.

I’m just gonna interpret is as him traveling to the future from 1995. He rejected her because he was too old and the whole I saw you grow up schtick but not in the past. Otherwise the ending sucks.

I’m sure we saw the same pilot. I’ve just read too many omegaverses I guess so I expected more after seeing it. They did set a tone with the music and their words of dominance and intelligence which I don’t think they’ve shown. I think there’s a lot more to ask. As it is now it’s all just talk and little shown. I think it’s boring. Nc scenes can’t make up for it I think.

Thank you. that’s what I felt too. I don’t mind romance in the slightest but it needs a good foundation and I just can’t find it here.

I haven’t watched My Stubborn but now I think I maybe should. It’s right?

The romance is the plot? Oh dear… that’s the weakest take on a plot. Something more must happen for the romance to even be interesting. They promised a lot in the pilot. Where is it? You can get an interesting story and still include the romance. But making it all about the romance is boring. In my opinion. Don’t give me crumbs, I want the cookie. And I don’t want my cookie filled with [plot]holes.

I watch on IQIYI so I pay my due diligence.

I was thinking of Yoo Yeon Seok when I first started this series.

After 4 ep I can confidently say that this is a snooze fest. Where’s the action? Where’s the drama? The script is a mess, the plot is non existing, the acting is sub par and, idk, everything is cheap. Give them a bigger budget, a better script and acting lessons and then get back to me.

I did change my mind about Nakhin though. He’s a cinnamon roll simping for Ongsa.

I’ll probably drop this or put it on hold… likely indefinitely.
