Title The Glory
I mean it came out the director only defended his girlfriend with violence once. That isn't okay but very understandable…
Lmao in the leaked messages hieora literally confessed “i didn’t hit you everyday” It’s you who shouldn’t believe the manipulation of the rich. Bullying in korea is a huge problem and most of the idols and actors we don’t know yet ARE PART OF IT. It’s easier for them to erase, manipulate and hide because they have power, fame and money. And victim remains as the victim. It’s really funny people trying to defend her without knowing absolutely nothing other than what they’re trying the SHOW. And how crystal clear the leaked messages are.

Tdj is more than just a kdrama because my country is going through the similar things. I don’t really know about the real system in Korea, but watching kdramas i encountered so many corrupted system themed plot (obv Tdj done it in the best way for me, since it’s show’s entire plot) so I’m assuming it’s a big problem in Korea too( which every country does to an extent ) But it’s called “in future turbulent times” It’s really sad that many countries (including my) living the exact same thing while people watch it as a dystopia. I love how the show criticizes post pandemic. Few of my locals watched it since it’s on Netflix now and found the situation same. Criminalization of the victim, repeated corruptions of authority, etc. It had some good characters and dynamics for sure but the most haunting thing about this drama was certainly the terrifying similarity of the current system and atmosphere. However, we don’t have a Kang Yohan.

Kim hioera turned out to be real bully, Lim Ji yeon and jung sung il showing their supports to her and the director also has bullying allegations. The actors in this drama are f d up and the success is undeserved. So far a only trust Hye Kyo tbh

It bugs me like h*ll seeing comments about secondary characters upstage the main couple. Give it a rest already.…
Exactly lmao, also ppl going “second ml is better than ml” like is the fact that gong zi yu being lighthearted bother them? Not every ml has to be cold and strict, but it makes it more exotic for them i guess.

I love the overall dark tone of this drama. Every still and shot is like a wallpaper, really beautiful cinematography. As for the story, so far it’s good but we’ll wait and see. Also, the second fl is sooo pretty

Title The Guest
Perhaps, but one of the reason I love this show to bits is because of the “unique” camera works/shots/angles.…
Don’t get me wrong. The cinematography and filming sets are so good, you can tell they put lots of effort to film this drama. It’s just that sometimes actors look weird because of the camera angles, and sometimes the scenes captured in a strange way idk. Ofc it’s up to preference, if that makes the drama more unique for you thats good

I enjoy watching this but is it just me or the camera angle and camerawork in this is a little weird?

Thinking about how lost potential this season was. The first one was amazing with a good story and build up but 2nd one…

We could’ve gotten one of the most iconic female characters in kdrama but instead we got a damsel in distress :( Naksu’s character arc execution was a total disaster. UK felt like a different character entirely, not the mention ppl saying “he fell in love with the same soul” while she was a whole different character. Jin mu was an interesting villain but then again his execution was poor. Unfortunately i gave this 6.5 and that is only for the outstanding production value and decent acting.

I just hope that Park Jinyoung works more on his acting skills. I haven't seen many of his works as I'm a fan…
Although i think he did a pretty good job in this, i highly recommend watching a Christmas Carol, he won a baeksang award for his role in that movie. I think most people agree that he’s one of the most talented actors coming from an idol background.

This drama is definitely the victim of poor promotion. Otherwise, it would’ve been more and more appreciated. It is a top-notch drama that has everything in it. The themes that it makes people think is worth watching. Good production quality, amazing acting performances, incredible score and soundtrack, well-written plot… One of the top favorites.

Since it’s on Netflix i wanted to give it a try and im on ep 5 but is the pace always slow? Like will there be an end to anticlimactic staring sessions and mystery? I’m trying hard not to drop this because the main couple look so good together meanwhile the story is not doing it for me :( Like the metaphorical references of god, demon, apocalypse, death feels so unnatural and unreasonable the only thing i love so far is definitely some aesthetics

Title My Mister
I had put off watching this show for many years even-though I felt that I will like this one. I did like this…
That’s what makes my mister a realistic drama. The show doesn’t justify cheating though. On the contrary, it shows the consequences and misery about it. In real life, there are people like Dong Hoon, regardless of the gender, even with knowing their partners bertray them, they still have to move on with their life because they know if they stop it’ll make their own lives worse (Dong Hoon didn’t want Joon young to win against him because he knew that would make the situation even more miserable) At least that’s how he feels.

ML’s wife’s messed up psychology and shame was portrayed throughout the period after the cheating was revealed to everyone. She punished herself by trapping by the feeling of shameful for the rest of her life and knowing nothing will erase the traces of what she did.

The ending was pretty well done imo. Long lasting traumas doesn’t go away easily. Nothing in life magically turns back to ordinary, it takes time, effort and sometimes luck. Even if they’re not fully recovered this show depicts how healing and happiness is momentary and that’s what makes human bond so special. The story is about two people healing each other slowly but also how hard it is to forget and find a way in life.

Of course, everybody has different perspectives. I just wanted to write mine.

I’m done watching this and I don’t know what to do with my life. This is definitely recommended if you’re an adult though. It is too realistic that it makes you think about your own life as a grown up. One of the best Kdramas I watched.

I didn't like it either. I just don't feel it. No chemistry between the leads. Wu xuanyi's acting skill is terrible.…
When you star in a big drama, You have to be above average. She's not even average. She can't act. Simply. It's her first drama as I know. I know that she's a popular idol in China. She's pretty and young but that doesn't mean she can act perfectly before improving herself properly. Not every idol can be actors because of their looks and it shows.

I feel like I'm in a tiny minority of people who don't like this show. Each episode just leave me with more frustration.…
I didn't like it either. I just don't feel it. No chemistry between the leads. Wu xuanyi's acting skill is terrible. Like, I know she is a newbie but why they chose her to play in such an anticipated and high budget drama, instead of her starring in some Web dramas to improve herself first? Now she's being criticized for her acting skills on weibo. Trust me this drama could've been more popular if the female lead's character was not cheesy and the actress was more experienced. The drama is below the expectations in the terms of views concidering how popular Xiao Zhan is. It's just not giving me the soul land vibes in the novel and donghua, straight up feels like a random xianxia drama with a quickly written script. Does not justice to its original source material at all imo. What I like about it is cgi. Guess it's the only thing. I mean it's not so perfect but at least better in comparison to other xianxias.

Is this xuanyi's first drama? Her acting felt a litte weird to me. Idk if it's about the character tho. The female lead is just so... Annoying and unexceptional. She acts not cute but weird. I liked the cinematography in the first episode but then it got kinda boring ngl. I think i'll watch few more episodes, if female lead keeps annoying me sadly i'll drop it.
