I know, the only positive is the comeuppance they'll get for their misdeeds. There sure is a lot of illness going around in this series too. Usually, one person has a sickness per series. Here, it's the grandmother, the Doctor, the FL....

Unfortunately, TLP fell short of the high expectations and hype leading up to it. FL is doing well here. She was very good in White Cat Legend. I also hope she doesn't lose her edge here.

Agree, and the Mother is definitely coming into her own and taking over the reins of the household now that she has encouragement and help from her daughter.

This reminds me of Qing Qing Zi Jin. There is an inherent trust between the two leads and they always help each other.
