I wondered what the game plan was when Lucia told obvious lies about the sweater etc. I would’ve thought she’d have tried to make her an ally not an enemy. Unless she means to drive out the Chairman’s “person” to isolate him. Chairman may fire her for disparaging Lucia. She might not get a chance to show him.

There was all sorts of weird ages in The Desperate Mrs Seonju. A 55yo actress playing 60-65yo character who had a 50yo actress playing a daughter of 45 or so. So weird.
A much needed palate cleanser after The Defects. Brain cleanser after the toxic stress. Eye wash after the corrosive exposure to harmful substances. Dopamine after the adrenaline. Hope we get it in buckets even though there’s hints of tomfoolery .
That type of person reads other people so well he probably knew those two were involved with her(other than professionally.) They like to push buttons so besides her he enjoyed their reaction as well.
