Been wanting to watch this since I saw the trailer because I love serial killer genre. Then I also like dark humour and mystery, which I think many people are not getting. Behind your touch in itself is a play on the word with regards to her gift. The makers have taken an extreme angle by using a very obscure way of having psychic powers, all intentional of course.

Lee Min Ki look, walks, talks and dresses like a cop, he really got into the role as Detective Moon.
Han Jin Min 's character as Dr Bong is understated and funny but I heard many people had a lot of negative comments about it. She literally lives in a small town and never ventured out nor had any BFs or relationship, of course she is a little weird and eccentric because have you seen her best friend?
Some said that she is too old for Sun Woo, but it has been established that he drop out of grad school meaning, he is not as young. Grad school would be someone pursuing masters or phd? She has a crush on him, and why not? Single women above 30s cannot have crushes?

Again I think people do not get dark humour, there are a lot of puns and double meaning to things that are being said.

Detective Moon is giving mixed signals about Dr Bong but it is funny how keeps interrupting her and Sun Woo all the time. Also when he actually gave his wallet for her to buy clothes, only husbands do that or in many cases the wives just takes them and the money inside the wallet.

Ok Hee and her band of girls + one man + mum in law are so hilarious. They went with all the stereotypes and hyperbole.

Now betrayal is the motive, somehow I feel this is like a Hercule Poirot mystery -murder on the Orient Express plot. At this rate, it seems like everyone was in the murder because they were all victims due to the land deals. Seems like the murders are done in a way to get the police to open an investigation on what happened in the past with the killing of Dr Bong's mom and Sun Woo's mom.

And I also saw someone quoting Sherlock Holmes, totally agree. Adding on to another homage to the character by Dr House- Everybody lies, and in this town everyone is lying.
So who is the killer? I think I know but I am not going to spoil it.
Can't wait for the remainder episodes.

Yeah I have that nagging feeling too. I mean he is quite a prominent actor for such a trivial role.
Also I just noticed he told SY's mom that he want to receive lots of love but nobody is gives it to him. Could it be that he thinks SY should not deserve it since he has a GF and HJ, and that fact HJ has SY and Mr Kwon?

Omg!! I said exactly the same things couple of days back.
How she said no one would open to her, even the box, then it opened
How she wished Mr Kwon was here, he moved there
How suddenly the ingredients suddenly appear and too very specific like goats milk

The cure spell basically has given SY a new 'life line'
The disaster nullifying spell had the word flower again to bloom/ nurture . HJ also works with plants/flowers.

The Shamal Eon Wol said everything depends on her (HJ), she needs to will it to happen. Maybe HJ is more powerful than she thinks, which is why perhaps 300 years ago she was killed. But the Shaman Eon Wol also said they were a bit early, perhaps she did not anticipate things to unfold so fast, which can only mean bad things are going to happen, and they have started.
I have said this a few times, for you to good magic, you must also know black magic to counter it, that is why there is a black magic book as well.
She had a feeling about the curse with the doll, and her intuition is right, which is why SY ends up in the hospital.
HJ also said she has a knack for judging who is good and bad, which is why she said Mr Kwon incapable of such things.

Interesting theory, I kind of like it. The fact that SY can't break away from NY and unable to act on like under a voodoo spell.
The kid mentioned a blind spot, I wonder if that is the case with him. I just keep thinking the kid isn't just some random person, he is like a guide too.

Yes and she keeps reminding him of it, but he still is not getting it!! So frustrating. And he gets jealous seeing her talk to Mr Kwon, and dude keeps rubbing it in his face. Sometimes I feel even Mr Kwon is indirectly asking him to do the right thing break up or stay away.
SY is the most contradicting, indecisive walking talking child man!

The book had another 500 years where the daughter reunites the parents but I liked how the makers had tone down from the book coz some of it were questionable. I love Bai Lu, she is one of fav actress.
But the whole concept of how it only took the Devil God to learn , feel and yearn for love ultimately saved the world. Such a complex character, loved Tantai Jin /Devil God and Ye Xi Wu/Li SuSu three-destined-lifetime together.

There is good magic and there is dark magic. For someone who wants to practice magic they must know both. This is because, if you want to counter dark spells, you must know how to do it as well,

Old lady Shaman said that all the pain and curse will end because the owner of the box has showed up. I suppose in this lifetime after 300 years HJ has been reborn, and so did all the people that was there 300 years ago, The curse was cast by the writer of the book, who was killed by the SY's ancestor. Curses means black magic, so the cure is good magic, that why the box has both books,

I just feel Mr Kwon, The Kid and Kim Wook are all mediums between things. There are subtle hints, we are just not picking them up.

This this is so true like he is waiting for HJ to say yes I like you too and want to be with you, of course she won't say and she told him she doesn't want to be that girl who takes someone else's BF.
SY seems like he has not been in many relationship either or the one with NY is the only one so he is just being loyal (I was rolling my eyes when he said it)
Like Mr Kwon said if people in city hall were going to talk abt him HJ it is ok because everyone knows he is single unlike SY.
This is so frustrating!!

This show to me leaves subtle hints and easter eggs, just that I guess we have to really pick up on it. Kim Wook is a nagging feeling, but like I said I could be wrong.

The little kid has more insights on love than HJ, and her called out again. Their friendship is the cutest. The fact that the boy asked her out for hot chocolate, it was so endearing, he must know she is alone. I think he used his story to make HJ realise, boy is so smart.

Old lady shaman said 'being loyal alone is the dumbest thing in the world', she knows that in that relationship he feels lonely and his GF is a cheater. SY just did not pick that up.
She purposely set them up to bury the box knowing it won't happen. Probably knows there is a danger lurking, which is she asked 'do you really want to call it quits'

I suppose in his unconscious state he will remember his pas life. I guess we are heading for the emotional and heavier part of the drama.

It has been some time since I have been this invested in a drama, the last was TTEOTM.

That doll was so so creepy and scary. I would be spooked too. Whoever it is clearly hates SY stabbed the doll wearing HJ's pajamas with a knife,

The stalker is not the gardener or the Mr Kwon. All the hints are misleading because they want viewers to be shocked.
I think I figured it out, it may be a stretch but I think our Imoogi is still after our leading lady. It would make sense with his sudden interest with SY mom.?
When Mr Kwon said at the rooftop he understood why the gardener would be interested in her it actually a compliment coz HJ has a way of attracting people. Even HJ thinks he isn't capable, which I now believe is true.
Mr Kwon giving her sleeping pills is probably coz she was spooked or possibly attacked by the unknown caller.
SY probably ended up in the hospital coz our dashing hero has to save our leading lady from the hooded guy? Or someone cast a black magic spell?
There is someone in this whole curse spell equation we are left guessing.

Did u guys hear he said it was hard to get a reservation at the restaurant, and he took her, not NY for a so called fake date. That makes me happy. Their date, HJ was not oh look at the guy I am with, and he was also just relaxed and beaming with joy in his eyes but scared of heights and too prideful to admit it. He is what we call akadu.

This is just an observation to makers of the show, female civil servants are not supposed to dress like the casts. All more so from South Korea, who probably adhere to strict code of conduct. Seriously!!

Super happy HJ stood up for herself, I mean she slapped her without slapping and NY knows HJ is not a pushover, and since she told her the truth, it must be have been a bitter pill for her to swallow.

The magic/ spells have to work just not in a straightforward way. I hope they will explain it or makes us understand that aspect of the show. Like the ingredients for the love spell had to be all well-nurtured and pure things, so my guess is that the love spells nurtures or brings out the inner feelings. The fair skin spell probably will actually start showing HJ in her real persona instead of how she is being perceived.
As for the cure disease spell, perhaps also works in such a way that what the mind can conceive, it can achieve. There have been many cases where patient who take placebos have shown signs of recovery because they believed in the medication. So maybe something like that, so when she wrote life, and it got absorbed into his hand perhaps a new life line has been injected into him, thus curing him.
The disaster nullifying spell was the only that was done wrongly but actually not because their love is supposed to bloom= flower. So in essence that too is right coz their love is not a disaster, it is destined, therefore cannot be nullified.

Either he does not want people to know he is talking to HJ or just a typical guy who was lazy to change it. Whatever the case, after seeing that she had a special name for him, he left bad and still he did not change it. I am losing my patience with SY. He really needs to step up.

You know I was so eager to watch the show because I had watch the original, and even watched Truth and Dare, which had a better plot than this (even though it was average) but this really disappointed me. Oh well, I guess original is gold no matter what. This show was just average maybe a 6.

You forgot how HJ asked what was that smell as she walked into his office tried to fan it away. He wore that woody perfume for her coz liked it the night before. I thought that was funny too This was when he purposely called her about the bloody signs in the park. Subtle reminders are there in the show.

Him covering the sun from her face while telling her that he did the same thing before in the car because of the spell and here telling her that there was a medical explanation. The irony. He is such denial and it is frustrating.
