Omg you said it. Sooooo many plot holes (or craters, as you’ve mentioned) left everywhere. Seriously. None of my questions were answered. I’m so disappointed with the last two episodes. Had the plot holes been filled with concrete instead of water, creating infinity pools we can swim in, the drama would have been AMAZING.

I actually like a lot of Song Jae Jung's (screenwriter) ideas and think some of her writing is brilliant. What I think she definitely needs to work on is writing consistent story lines and needs to seriously think through some of her plot holes and how to cover them up if not fix them.

As long as you know how to code on a specific platform, you can basically make your own game or add onto an existing game. That’s how mods are created for online games nowadays.

Ah, I see. Here's what I know from what I've read:

Manniang: the outside mistress and mother of Gu Tingye's first two children.
Gu Tingye's 1st wife: I don't know her name, but she was from a decent family and married GTY before he went off to war. She wasn't faithful nor a good person. She was killed while GTY was away.
Gu Tingye's two official concubines: one is in love with GTY while the other is just a woman who GTY was 'with(?)' before he met Manniang.

The drama does not have GTY's first wife, therefore Minglan will be GTY's first official wife. And I am also unsure if the drama will have the two concubines, as well.

I can never wait, either. As soon as the next episodes are available, I’m already watching them!

You should watch it this weekend when a few more great episodes come out!! I'm sure you'll love the next few episodes, especially 39-40.

The singing woman? Gty hooked up with her from the very beginning of the drama when he had ‘runaway’ from his family because she told him a sob tale and he felt bad for her. Lol.

Wow. It seems drama completely took out the second wife of Gu. I’m glad!

Yes. This is drama was only good to pass the time until a very good one comes out. I wasn’t emotionally invested in this at all. I just liked a lot of the actors.

Yup. Enjoy one of the few Chinese historical/wuxia dramas that doesn’t end with death or separation.

Yeah. I’m glad it was a happy ending for the main leads.

Hmm. I went back and rewatched some of the earlier episodes and I was wrong. No one else feels "incredible" pain when being attacked by NPCs, and Secretary Seo only felt it when he allied with HB. Still, it doesn't explain Marco and Seju, so that would mean that all the game glitches happened because of killing someone during a duel, which started with Emma as a witness. (Emma is the glitch. She needs to be taken out. lol jk.) If this is true, then that means that all the testers and everyone playing the game at J One has yet to "defeat/kill" another player since no one else is experiencing the glitch.

Testers suffer pain. Everyone who plays the game suffers pain.

I find many flaws with this show, but I still like it a lot. And as a gamer myself, I love this concept. It's awesome. I'm now dreaming about gaming lenses and hope it would be developed in my lifetime so I can play it. I would be a tester for J One if I could!

Park Shin Hye's gaming character is cheating on everything. It's a bit annoying and doesn't make sense to me, either. I'm gonna be annoyed with the explanation, "Cheats were created for Hee Joo/Emma specifically." Why not just hack the game/cheat and make Hyun Bin's gamer be level 100, too, instead of letting him waste time? I wouldn't doubt J One's computer guy capabilities since he keeps creating all sorts of random items for Hyun Bin to use (although he rarely uses them and chooses to almost always be on the brink of death every single damn time he plays).

On the other hand, Chinese writers always be like...a happy ending??? What's that? ;)

That's only if the drama follows the novel.
