I’ve got so much emotional damage and trauma from this. I was sobbing so hard I couldn’t breathe from either nostril and had to kick my toddler out of the room bc I was hysterical crying. I’m so messed up right now.
There should be a rated R/not safe to watch tag on this. They really ensured that the rewatch value would be 0 for this.

My comment is gonna get lost but I wish they had a chance to get TTJ, YXW and NBY back to Jing Palace to see YQY in this final arc. He must be so lonely. He would have been so happy to see them 😞
I know this is gonna sound crazy but I feel like a huge chapter of my life is going to close tomorrow. I’m having trouble mentally coping with it. I’ve been waiting for this drama for so long and now I’m one episode from the end.
This drama wasn’t great, this storyline is ridiculous! 98% angst and heartbreak and trauma. 2% happiness and sunshine and of that 2%, 1% is comprised of flashbacks of happiness! Who wants to watch a cdrama like that?!
I did. I came for BL and LYX’s talent. I had NO IDEA THE LEVEL OF TRAUMA I WOULD GO THROUGH WITH THEIR CHARACTERS BECAUSE OF THEIR GIFT IN THE FIELD OF ACTING. They elevated these characters to a whole new level. I bawled my eyes out at the craziest times. Like ep 39 when TTJ shows up in the frame with YXW’s family.
The 1-1 scenes between BL and LYX are heavy. I won’t be able to come back and watch this again because it felt too real and I was too psychologically and mentally invested in them. Thank you Bai Lu and Leo Luo for sharing your gift with us.

Definitely TTJ gave it. You can infer from all of TTJ/DG’s behind the scenes work he has to set up to get everyone to the demon realm, set up Susus anger for him and everything for the chess pieces to be in place to end him. He indulged himself in that last reunion moment with YXW family bc he set up everything for his ultimate demise. S*x was an unplanned bonus
I think they cut soo many scene WHY WHY....CJM and LSS tied by something thread on their hand in mortal world…
That red thread was meant to trap the dream demon. It wasn’t really LSS and CJM knew it when he saw the red thread on her arms. It was the dream demon posing as LSS
TTEOTM is so fast paced while I enjoy we almost don't get any water plot here but I feel that we need a breather…
I know! I can’t catch my breath with the emotions!! I cried my way through ep 22. Luckily they rescued me from my tears with like the FIRST bit of humor between TTJ and 7 Tail Fox. I’m sad she “cursed” him to be alone…bc…well 😭
I feel cheated that I didn’t get a lot of 🔥🔥🔥 action based on the marketing clips!!! 🤣. They only had the one “imaginary” kiss in ep 1 and the veiled one that was barely a kiss! We didn’t even get one at the end!!
The tension between the ML and FL WAS BELIEVABLE FOR SURE. And the cinematography was really good. Excellent considering there are 40 episodes dramas with terrible acting. This def did not seem low budget AT ALL.
