I'm not so sure about the emperor. He doesn't seem bad. With the concubine, maybe he had to have her for political reasons.
She is definitely a villain.

I think they think he is sooo far out of her reach they wouldn't assume there was something going on between the two. And maybe he has a reputation that is above that or it would be bad for them to gossip about him, because he has his spies everywhere.

She is the female version of the villain emperors or royals that just do what they want, because they were born into power and know they can get away with it. She is not stupid, either. But there is probably more to her character, remember she was a hostage bride to another country. Who knows what happened to her there.
And, yes I look forward to her being punished by the FL.

Yes, and both ml have that sad past that they want to overcome. I also think Duke Su was at least intrigued the first time he saw her.
And he can help her easier than LBY could.

Duke Su is such a great character and his presence steals the show every time.
But I also love both his sidekicks. They are so fun to watch talking to eachother. I hope nothing happens to them later.

Still can't believe he is only 22. I had the same feeling with Leo Wu in his recent shows and Zhang Ling He, when I saw him in Maiden Holmes for the first time.
They really can portray the confident and mature roles really well.

But I think there are a lot of shows you can watch, if you have the time for it.

The show makes me want to rewatch LLTG. It has the same feel to it.

If you are interested, watch a few of the
Episodes and judge for yourself, is the best way for any series I think.

And we don't recommend Playboyy for everyone for sure, but if you embrace the camp character of the show you have a lot of fun watching it.
Omg Vampire has a same feel to it.

The actors had
fanmeetings, commercials and other promotion appearances.
The fan following seems to be there.
We are still hoping they recognize that and give us more.

There was no real close up, but it was him, we're pretty sure. And his body was found by the police and that was in the news, no indication that there was a fake body.
Then, we don't know, if Phop put the body there himself or did he tell Nuth or someone else about it.

Those are some points that aren't clear at all. We were discussing and guessing either way. Yes, I think he killed Nant, but didn't know it was Nant. That's why he was shocked, when he saw his face. Why he attacked and killed him? Maybe because of the drug dealing. They were pretty paranoid about that and his mind was clouded by using drugs I assume.
But Nant tried to run away, when he saw Phop, so it's really unclear why Phop chased after him then.
Did Phop overdose? I think yes, but in a season 2 he could have been saved.
