Both these instances, he was microexpressioning all over place and it was very refreshing to see.

Now are you saying that the actor WK is microexpressing or GnT?

Maybe he took those roles to be the opposite of how he really is.
Quite a few comedians in the US have done very serious roles and they are remarkable.

Those videos are really fun to watch. I was not familiar with him before mostly watching k/dramas and j/dramas. He seems like a lot of fun and so does she.
I've recently read quite a bit about him.

I actually think it is a cute smirk - it is different from his usual stone face.

Yes, he did say that but it was almost like a little kid saying "yes mom".
However, I think he got a strong message from his mom whom he respects highly and he will do the right thing.

I wouldn't blame her for being wary. He's given her so many mixed signals that she has to pause a bit.

I also loved the scene on the beach of both leads sitting on a rock. He was so relaxed and easy on her - poor thing, she doesn't know where to turn to.

ML's relaxed performance on the beach was wonderful to watch. His hand on her shoulder, his "if you don't rest, you can't co-pilot with me today..."

Well all GNT has to do now is listen to his mom and listen to his heart.
NZ is out of the way and the same for Yu Heng. So GNT has no excuse to postpone his decision.

I didn't know he even existed - so I would like to see him in a decent role.

He's a good actor, fine to look at but gosh, they could have used CGI to replace him :-)

Ok, enough - we need to find some really good series that doesn't consume our time and have good writing.
