As I posted after episode 2, that IOKTNBOK would be as popular as Crash Landing on You. After watching Episode 11, I actually feel it is equally or even better than CLOY.
The acting, from the 3 main characters is fantastic - breath taking. Scenes are watchable over and over again. Truly remarkable drama.
To me, Asian dramas/movies are a late discovery. I don't think I'll ever go back. Thanks Maytenny. Rewatched Ep 8 of OK and the last part was riveting.
You are so right. As soon as I discovered Asian series/movies, I dropped most "Hollywood" type stuff. Thank goodness for Netflix and Viki, they give us a choice.
DD and JH were just perfect in this series - Johnny was so naturally believable. Unfortunately, way too much time was spent on the supporting actors and not on the main actors. Maybe the main actors were too busy doing other series instead?
Should have been 16-20 episodes instead of 45. The final episode of JH and DD's dance performance came out of nowhere, didn't fit in with the main characters. It would have made a nice single musical video instead.
However, the ending was lovely and I wish they would have series 2 with diminishing supporters' roles.
Which new Dilireba and Johnny's new drama rumor? Super interested!
Thank you for answering my question! Hope that happens. Just finished Love Designer - liked it but too much time was spent on the supporting actors and their issues and not enough on the lead.
Is this series going to be another big Netflix hit like "Crashing landing on You?" Love the intertwined animation, the OST, the main actors, red shoes reference, all of it put together for the first two series is gripping. Hope it remains as good.
The Graceful Family was really interesting, very different from other series. And I loved Chocolate. OST was great, fantastic acting. Thanks for your article.
Watching “Burning” now. First time watching Ah In acting. So happy to see Korean actor and actress can act…
One of the best Korean films that I've seen. Worth the watch. Yoo Ah In is a masterful actor - One of the best Korean actors I've watched. In fact the best. Burning is worth the couple of hours if you like unusual and intriguing films.
I agree with you but I have one simple question: why didn't he call her when he in Switz? Why did she have to…
Thanks Kassie_j. Because of instant messaging like text etc, I still don't quite get why they couldn't communicate. Altogether, it was a breathtaking series, loved every minute of it.
Wonder if they made a quick ending because Netflix decided to not continue with the series.
I understand that there might not be a season 2. So sad.
Sweet, relatively realistic ending for the main leads, it is considered happy by most people, some ones say its…
I think episode 16 was rushed and Netflix needed another 2 episodes to fully explain what was happening. I agree, too much time skip.
Problem is still don't know why Jung Hyuk couldn't call Se Ri from Switz. The back and forth chance of them meeting didn't make sense to me. Anyway, loved the series - so wonderfully done. Hope Season 2.

I’m in the middle of the series and I find it refreshing, surprising and enjoyable, it is quite different from other series of rich guy poor gal.
Worth watching it and it gets better and better as the series continue.
