In ep 33, it appears that Yun Shen is healthy enough to grab his brother by the neck and start a fight.

So my question is, if he is healthy enough to do that, why has he not changed his mind about his breaking up with Zhu Jiu? He looks well enough now to take care of her.

Any ideas why?
Is he still trying to protect Zhu Jiu from his evil mother or is the writer still trying to torture us?

In the meanwhile, I went on YT and heard him sing - really nice voice.

He seems like a really sweet person - I watched him being interviewed too.

I think ML's face and FL's facial expressions really are able to portray extreme sadness. That is particularly true for the ML. He's very unusual.
But only 7 more to go.

I hope we can find the ML in a good drama, in the future, not melo drama :-) He's a really good actor and so is the FL, whom I've watched before in other series.

I agree. He is so kind to his evil mother - especially when he begins with "mom". Then I know he gives in once again.
He needs to balance his attitude with his mom and the FL.
Tomorrow is ep 33, with 7 more to go. Will we have to suffer through this melodrama until a happy ending?

Both the ML and FL are adorable - priceless actors - I just wish it wasn't a melodrama. My fault.

Looking forward to watching them in other dramas in the future.

Yes, it is truly exaggerated - designed to pull at all our heartstrings.
it is truly a melodrama including one noble idiot, the two leads viewing a dead person, and more.

I'm watching it because of the two main leads but it is hard to watch.

I think at this point (ep 31/32) FYS is playing the noble idiot card.

It is so sad to see ZJ lose both people that she loves in such a short interval of time.
ZJ needed FYS at this point in time.
He didn't even show up before her grandmother went into surgery.
He was hiding behind a wall afterward.

A lot of self-pity on his side, I'm afraid.

She is also good in South Wind Knows, which is ongoing.

He is annoying - always there, waiting for the moment.
