I live in California, and we can't watch kdramas here either.
Yes, I use kisskh and I'll watch it there, but why can't Disney+, which is a US company, show K dramas here too? I guess they don't mind if their stuff is copied.
I read the title too fast and thought it was going to be a story about baking...I hope it turns out good (divorce…
Divorce Insurance was pretty bad - hard to watch until the end. What's this about strawberry farming? Strawberry farming has been used twice in the latest K-dramas. (I guess better than potato farming :-)
I don’t know what it is about this drama but it’s checking off all the comedy boxes for me. I find their pettiness…
Fully agree - it's a bit ridiculous but that's what makes it so watchable. I keep thinking of the comparison between ML in this series and Squid Game 1,2,3. He's doing a good job portraying this insecure diva.
tvN Behind (bts)Around 2.39 mark 💛https://youtu.be/coBcUu0_10s?si=ZgIaDYQJ0o7gkiKIJunho always does these kind…
I watched the video- thank you so much. I've watched Jun Ho in several series but this one brings out the best in him as far as talent is concerned. Again, many thanks.
Excellent series - Jun Ho, great acting - just his facial expressions are worth watching. There is a video that The Trading Co made to sell the shoes, Does anyone know if he was in the video? Lots of great movements in the video.
Honestly, they definitely need to stop with this villagers' subplot in K-dramas. It's 99% boring and pointless…
Completely agree with you - for me, it started with a bang and by ep 8, it is hard to watch. The screaming, yelling, crying, bad characters.... for now I would give it at 7.0 at best.
Ditto - I watched it because of Song but I rated it 7.0. Waste of time.
FYI, I just finished Romantic Anonymous on Netflix - a J drama that was well done and I'm currently watching The Typhoon Family, another interesting series again on Netflix. In both these series, the acting is well done, the actors are polished and the writing is believable.
In My Youth, the acting was mediocre except for the 2nd main leads, the writing was pitiful and the ending was a joke.
I agree that Seok-ju really stood out as different from all the rest - I will try to follow him in the future.
I guess they don't mind if their stuff is copied.
Thank you!
It looks like it will be fun to watch - good actors! Fingers crossed.

Jun Ho made it happen with his voice, his facial expressions and with his acting ability.
Of course, Min H's acting was perfect - and her demure was perfect for this series.
Not to mention an exciting story, with excellent acting from all the cast.
We finally got an "adult" series!
Here's the video:

As you said, this series is very well-planned - there are little or no mistakes or holes in it.
I had almost given up on K dramas, just recently.
But Typhoon resets this at least for now.
Thank you!!
Typhoon Family and Lee Jun Ho are "Better Than Best!"
Wonderful everything - acting, story, OST, for me up to now a 8.7

Thank you for bringing it all up!
