Do you think that Kim Seon U has a crush on the FL? I've been wondering about that- he seems terribly attached. Nevertheless, I love this series. It is so good!

Many thanks - now it makes sense - I had no idea what relationship they had. Seon U looked very protective since he had promised he would say he was her husband to protect her from lying. What a sweet thing to do.
I'm puzzled about something: Is the man that the FL is living with (Kim Seon U) just a friend, or what? He seems like he likes her - I first thought he was her brother but i guess not. Thank you for answering my question! What is their relationship other than they are supposed to be married (her lie) and they are not.
I live in California, and we can't watch kdramas here either.
I saw Go Ahead, The First Frost, and a few others. I left out Amidst a Snowstorm of Love, which was quite good, and Road Home, which was good at the beginning, but then it lost some of its interest.
So there were some outstanding C dramas. It is just that MDL seems to concentrate on K dramas, mostly.

I agree with you - MDLs rate J dramas lower than K dramas, I feel. I'm glad that Netflix is adding more J dramas to its list. I guess we have to scrape for the best for what is offered :-)
One of the problems with C dramas is that, because there are so many episodes, they have to fill them in with boring business meetings, side couples, and other fill-in formats.
A few examples of excellent C dramas (for me), besides Hidden Love, are Will Love in Spring, Meet Yourself, and Go Go Squid, all with Li Xian.

Ok, thank you, probably ESPN and sports are not in my wish basket - :-) Yes, I had discovered Disney+/Hulu, but right now, I pay for Viki.com, Netflix without ads, and Prime as part of Amazon. Expense and money permitting, I'll look at Disney+/Hulu.
Thank you again, Viajero. One thing, MDL promotes mostly K dramas. I like J dramas as well, and when C dramas are good, like Hidden Love, etc, then I think MDL is missing out on more variety from other Asian nations.

Yes, I just remembered that Hulu and Disney are together. And it is expensive too. To see K series without commercials, it is really expensive on Hulu./Disney. So I stick with Netflix, Viki, Prime, and sometimes YouTube and out of desperation, Kiss :-)

Good question ponnu! I don't like to use Kiss but since Disney+ doesn't play nice, we are driven to Kiss instead, There may be a reason however - I never heard of an explanation from disney - I even wrote to them about it- no response.
I also use Amazon Prime - they are having a few K dramas now - more than before
For me, thank goodness for Netflix - at least they have K, C, and J dramas to choose from.
Currently watching Dynamite Kiss on Netlfix- kind of cute!
Divorce Insurance was pretty bad - hard to watch until the end. What's this about strawberry farming? Strawberry…
Thank you for sharing your Japanese memories about strawberries, even white. They must have been so good. I've been trying to grow them here in California, but where I live, it isn't warm enough for really good strawberries.

Yes, I use kisskh and I'll watch it there, but why can't Disney+, which is a US company, show K dramas here too? I guess they don't mind if their stuff is copied.
I read the title too fast and thought it was going to be a story about baking...I hope it turns out good (divorce…

I don’t know what it is about this drama but it’s checking off all the comedy boxes for me. I find their pettiness…
Fully agree - it's a bit ridiculous but that's what makes it so watchable. I keep thinking of the comparison between ML in this series and Squid Game 1,2,3. He's doing a good job portraying this insecure diva.
Nevertheless, I love this series. It is so good!

Lovely memories - "white strawberries" Wow.

Thank you!
It looks like it will be fun to watch - good actors! Fingers crossed.
