You said it so well, that I can't improve on it :-)
Even if the writers want to do a good job, there may be too much pressure on then as far as quality and time allowed.

The reason I left watching US movies is for the same reason you are using for Crash Course.
I don't think you are wrong but really good writers, such as the writers that wrote Liberation Notes and other excellent series are rare.
I agree, that quote makes the writer and the police look really bad. At least correct that.

Because S. Korea has become so Internationally well known for its shows now, most anything is accepted, good, bad, or just meh.

Maybe there are not enough good writers to go around :-) jk

I just reread your response, yes, we need a cleverer plot for the murderer but most writers are not that cleaver :-)

Thank you for the response - Yes the writers turned the assistant's personality 180 degrees toward the end of ep 11. His response to the FL was rather brusk at the bowling alley which made her suspicious of him. He's gotten weird.

The problem is ML doesn't take her suspicion of the assistant seriously which made her mad.

I can't see anyone else that would kill the ML's so-called enemies.
He may not be the outright killer but the mastermind behind it all.

You are right - his personality changed but that may be because he is starting to feel cornered and also that the ML has now with the
FL and that makes the assistant jealous.

If it is indeed the assistant the killer, why? that is the big question.

I think some of us have seen a few series where the assistant is guilty, for example, Crazy Love. That is probably why we are suspecting the assistant.

We may be all out of sync but who else would be the killer candidate?

Ideas? we have 5 more episodes to go so we'll get some answers.

I agree. And she is beginning to be suspicious of him too even though CCY didn't take what she said seriously.

Ep 11:

My favorite scene is when ML/FL was sitting in his car at the river and they asked each other when they started liking each other.
The facial expressions on the ML were so loving, so precious, so unusual,
I have watched this scene over and over again.
A scene not to be missed.

I agree with you- would have liked more focus on the main couple and school life. But it seems that in today's K dramas, there has to be a mystery added. It is the style for now.
I hope tomorrow there will be more time spent on the main couple. But at least FL got to see through the Assistant when he talked with her that way. It made her suspicious of him.

I am inspired - I love this series, especially the ML whom I've seen in quite a few series. I'm looking forward to this weekend when the main couple can communicate openly and say how they feel.

I didn't know who the FL was before this series but I'm anxious to watch her as an assassin in the new Netflix series. Wow, what a different role but I understand that she is famous for, taking very diverse roles and doing well in them.

That's true but we also can't stop the comments who are trying to figure it out about her age.
My feeling is that by the time we see a few more episodes, she will look nicer and nicer. I"m looking forward to that.

All I am saying is that commenters that are trying to figure out the age that the FL is supposed to be in the series are censured all the time in their comments. It is sad to see that. I would have hoped that people on both sides of the age issue can say what they want to say without being criticized by the censurers.

I love this series and am looking forward o watching it until the end but the censuring on the side of the FL is getting a little too heavy.

You can't stop their aggressive insults. But don't give up. Keep saying what you want to say, but they will continue insulting commenters that they don't agree with.
