Honestly, this series is my favourite at the moment π The 4 main actors are really likeable which automatically raises the likeability of the show, chemistry between First and Khao exceeded my expectations and is one of the best I've seen so far, the way there's no awkwardness between them and their acting is really good (all of them are doing amazing tbh). As someone alreay said and I wholeheartedly agree, I love how there are no filler characters, everyone has their purpose and I like seeing the characters' background to see and understand where they're coming from. Also, loving the pace they're taking with the character development, showing their strengths and vulnerabilities and the growing relationship and budding romace between AkkAyan (Ayan's intelligence and sassyness remain my favourite traits about him). The kiss was absolutely beautiful - no unnecessary words, no background music, just them in the moment β¨
Can't wait for the next episode as we'll maybe finally see a progression between KhanThua (him being jealous of Ayan and showing his protective side was the cherry on top of today's episode), not to mention fruther development between Akk and Ayan π
My highlights from the last episode: -in my humble opinion, Noeul was really good in acting flustered in the coffee/cake shop when his character was being asked for Phayu's phone number -Sky is a friend everyone deserves, caring, direct, supportive and oh so delightfuly sarcastic when the situation calls for it π -can we get more Phayu wearing green? The colour suits him amazingly well π -the scene where Phayu sings for Rain may be unessential for the episode's plot but I loved the affectionate, loving gazes they exchanged during and the song's lyrics were absolutely heart melting -the end flashback scene was *chef's kiss* with Phayu not knowing he's writing a message to his future boyfriend - romantic soul like me, always appreciates the fate element π
Regardless of everything this series is still my Saturday afternoon relaxing time. I especially like how they portrayed the friendship between Talay, Puen, Up ad Aou π
Not related to the plot - I know the actors pay careful attention to their presentation in the public and we can't take that at face value because at the end of the day they're just professionals doing their job and we don't know them BUT I have to say that this quartet is giving me such cute and feel good vibes when I watch their reaction videos or other content π I don't know who I find more likeable of them four π
All things aside, the soundtrack is simply amazing - I discovered such beautiful instrumentals and artists because of this series πΆπ Whoever chose the songs deserves a raise β¨
On a sidenote, Mix's cameo in the last episode was ππ His smile can light up a Universe or two π Now if we could also get cameos of Earth, New and Off pretty please and thank you π€π
I mean it's a series not porn the fact that we got a love scene is enough they at least showed the condom, they…
Agreed π Btw, Apo's/Porsche's facial expression in your profile pic gives perfect expression for your comment (I can almost hear the "really?") π
i am not really a kfc person but they showed it so many fucking times that i ordered it for the first fucking…
ππ The power of advertising is strong with this one... I hope your kfc order was tasty because in my country kfc is meh so their effort is futile...
After watching the bts footage of the last episode, Peat is officially one of my favourites in general - I simply love how lively and playful he is πβ¨
Another great episode π This is one of the best GMMTV's series in my humble opinion (right alongside A tale of thousand stars and Not me)!
Loved how we got a glimpse into Akk's, Wat's and Thua's background to see what they've been dealing with before getting to where they are now and to understand why they are like they are, such as Akk's vehement desire to protect the school's reputation or Thua's almost melancholic behaviour.
On a sidenote, First and Khaotung keep on delivering, I absolutely love their character's dynamics - the scene in the dojo when Akk smiled his million watts smile or when Ayan rolled over closer to Akk was beyond adorable. Doesn't matter if they're being cute towards each other or intense like in the last scene when Ayan pinned Akk before he was able to set fire, they just get your attention and don't let go ππ
Aaaand it's Friday ππ My late-afternoon-sit-down-with-a-cup-of-double-choco-cappuccino-while-watching-Eclipse day π Although director will never see this, I'm sending a thank you nevertheless for deciding to make this show and cast the actors you did ππ
I have to agree - had the KP directors decided to do it the way this one was made (plus the VP add-ons of course),…
You're right, I forgot that Bible and Build both said they were exahusted in the bts footage, while Mile and Apo were like energizer bunnies π I guess we were all so hyped for their scenes each with their own expectations (especially after Bible and Build both hyped their scene like you also mentioned), but I still wish they did VP scenes a bit different, I don't know, I just feel they had so much potential (regardless of the BDSM factor people usually tend to shy away from in series).
And what you said about BibleBuild being not that comfortable, I didn't get that feeling, but everything's possible, we'll never know. If that's the case, I hope (if they film KP S2) both of them take on ApoMile's approach (tbh I don't remember Bible nor Build saying anything about if they discussed their approach for love scenes but there was a lot of content so I might've missed that). Also, if there'll be a 2nd season I really hope that they omit the music for VP scenes that is remotely similar to the one we got in their scene this season, because it's still a sore spot for me as music is an integral part and can make or break the moment.
IA, he is gorgeous, there's something special about him. And yes, he has very expressive and striking eyes. He…
I still didn't have the time to watch all reaction videos and additional content, but from what I saw, I have to agree that he has this natural playfulness and his face is very expressive, which definitely makes him an interesting persona (plus, his beauty, yes I've said it again).
Agreed on Noeul, he really is adorable!
As for PrapaiSky story, they will take us for a definite ride π₯ From what little I saw in the trailer, I like their dynamics but I'm waiting patiently to see how they'll play their story out. I'm simultaneously having high expectations while trying not to have them, if it makes sense π
On a sidenote, all 4 leads are good-looking, but (for me) there's something about Peat and his eyes that hits just a little bit different, simply gorgeous π
Okay, I'm impressed by the NC scene - they aced it both, don't get me started on the gazes and kisses π₯ Plus, that little kiss Phayu planted on Rain's wrist was such a sweet, melting moment π Loved the way the whole scene felt sensual and they both looked comfortable during, so it's a 10/10 (for me at least) β¨
I have to agree - had the KP directors decided to do it the way this one was made (plus the VP add-ons of course), it would've been beyond fantastic. BibleBuild did amazing job in terms of intimacy, gazes, touches so on, but that camera work and the background music - it's something we could have done without...
