I have to agree - had the KP directors decided to do it the way this one was made (plus the VP add-ons of course),…
You're right, I forgot that Bible and Build both said they were exahusted in the bts footage, while Mile and Apo were like energizer bunnies π I guess we were all so hyped for their scenes each with their own expectations (especially after Bible and Build both hyped their scene like you also mentioned), but I still wish they did VP scenes a bit different, I don't know, I just feel they had so much potential (regardless of the BDSM factor people usually tend to shy away from in series).
And what you said about BibleBuild being not that comfortable, I didn't get that feeling, but everything's possible, we'll never know. If that's the case, I hope (if they film KP S2) both of them take on ApoMile's approach (tbh I don't remember Bible nor Build saying anything about if they discussed their approach for love scenes but there was a lot of content so I might've missed that). Also, if there'll be a 2nd season I really hope that they omit the music for VP scenes that is remotely similar to the one we got in their scene this season, because it's still a sore spot for me as music is an integral part and can make or break the moment.
IA, he is gorgeous, there's something special about him. And yes, he has very expressive and striking eyes. He…
I still didn't have the time to watch all reaction videos and additional content, but from what I saw, I have to agree that he has this natural playfulness and his face is very expressive, which definitely makes him an interesting persona (plus, his beauty, yes I've said it again).
Agreed on Noeul, he really is adorable!
As for PrapaiSky story, they will take us for a definite ride π₯ From what little I saw in the trailer, I like their dynamics but I'm waiting patiently to see how they'll play their story out. I'm simultaneously having high expectations while trying not to have them, if it makes sense π
On a sidenote, all 4 leads are good-looking, but (for me) there's something about Peat and his eyes that hits just a little bit different, simply gorgeous π
Okay, I'm impressed by the NC scene - they aced it both, don't get me started on the gazes and kisses π₯ Plus, that little kiss Phayu planted on Rain's wrist was such a sweet, melting moment π Loved the way the whole scene felt sensual and they both looked comfortable during, so it's a 10/10 (for me at least) β¨
I have to agree - had the KP directors decided to do it the way this one was made (plus the VP add-ons of course), it would've been beyond fantastic. BibleBuild did amazing job in terms of intimacy, gazes, touches so on, but that camera work and the background music - it's something we could have done without...
Reading some of the comments and back-and-forths here makes me feel like I stepped into a kindergarten where a bunch of little kids are screaming whose toy is better while stomping their little feet...
To be honest I don't really mind they still didn't properly get into the mystery part of the plot, so far I'm enjoying the chemistry between the main leads, the cute scenes of Akk/Khanlong/Wasuwat's friendship and realizing for the umpteenth time how good-looking Neo and First are while also appreciating the acting of all the main actors πβ¨
**Bits of spoilers ahead - spoiler button is not functional for me today so.....
Anyway, the definite pluses for me at the moment: -a fair share of eye candies - all four main actors are hot (highlighting Sky and Phayu in my case), -chemistry between Phayu and Rain so far feels it has a lot of potential, -the plot caught my attention (especially the part of a prodigal son dancing on the line of being a role model and being who he really is - even thoguh this reminds me of Cutie Pie in that sense, I want to see where they'll take this. Not sure why they mentioned mafia though but let's see).
Minuses: -at moments the acting is a bit on the meh side especially from the actor who plays Rain (reminds me of First i.e. Fiat from DNS series), but sometimes it gets better as the actor gets into the character more so I'll give him a benefit of the doubt, -at times the music is too loud which can get annoying - hopefully they'll fix it in the next episodes since this isn't the first series where this happened but got fixed later on, -they definitely could have omitted the scene with "collecting fees" because it felt out of place and not something a reasonable person would do (by that I mean going with someone you barely know to their house, taking a shower there etc.) not to mention the dub-con part, -there were some other meh moments here and there but it's still the 1st episode so I'm stopping with my nitpicking and I'll wait to see how they'll play it all out in the coming weeks.
I finally sat down and binge watched this series and I have to say this is such a gem! πβ¨π Even though the episodes are really short, the story didn't feel rushed, I liked how it was focused on the two of them, there was character development and I have to highlight the chemistry between the leads and their acting π Also, the cinematography was on point! I heard about season 2 being cofirmed and I can't wait to see where they take it next, I really don't care if it doesn't follow the manhwa, sometimes it's even better when directors do their own take. To each their own as they say π
sorry to tell you but this show is known for not having a happy ending & being full of tragedy. it's a great show…
Although there is nothing wrong in sad endings as they can also provide some form of catharsis, lately I like my dramas to have a happy end, so I will skip this one. Thank you very much for replying π Have a nice day π
Before I put this on my "to watch" list, can somebody please tell me if this drama has a happy end? Even an okay end without any trace of tragedy will do. Thanx! ππ
Definitely a HEA (depending on your expectations. this IS a censored BL adaptation so no PDAs LOL). Though there…
Thank you for the info and the heads-up π Tbh - I expected some kind of tragedy along the journey, but as long as there is HEA in any shape or form, I can live with it.
Before I start watching this drama - can somebody please tell me it has a happy ending or just a good ending without any notion of tragedy? Thanx! π

Acting, chemistry between leads, pacing - chef's kiss π
Loving the progression of the series so far π
I'm still debating whether I find it hillarious just because of the bouncyness and Ayan's flustered reaction since he's usually the smug one or whether I'm getting tired of the same clichΓ© being used over again.
Other than that, loving the series and especially the cast so far π
