i think XY from the beginning because XL is her family's enemy and he tried to kill CX many times. XL when he made that deal with Jing because he knew XY didn't love him but she loves Jing.

oops, it wasn't a blood oath. its just a regular promise. remember when XY asked XL to remove the bug out of CX and into himself. XL agreed to it and made her promised that she'll do one thing for him in the future. and it she breaks it then whatever she loved will turn into pain and whatever she enjoy will turn into bitterness.

Youre right their bond didnt change. What i meant was her feelings, love wise changed. When she recognized him and they reunited everything she did was because she already loved him. Protect him from XL, cure him from the bleeding, become the Haoling princess, return to Hiyan, and protect him from Bei. That was all out of love. She did so much to show that she loved him but he did the opposite and used her, pushing her towards other men. While Jing keeps trying to prove himself to her and she fell for him.

Its not really spoiler if you think about it, XY knew YY is dangerous because she tried to kill her cousin more than once and didnt tell jing. And she been testing him, so how is it not this time...

Shes closed to CX in the beginning but when she falls in love with Jing that all changed. In the novel he asked a similar question, if Jing killed him then would she kill Jing to avenge him? And she answered he would never do that to him because he knows how important CX is to her. Jing would rather be in pain than cause her any pain.

1. So a month before he wedding she went and bought snacks and plum wine and brought it to Qing Qui. So she can repay Jing back for all the snack and wine he had given her. At the moment she gave the wedding invitation and told him to come and bring his wife she was not happy. He went to FL and asked him to cancel the wedding but he didnt want to. He ran into XL one day and bought XY's blood oath promised to XL for 37 years of provision for his army. He wanted XL to use that promise and ask XY to not marry FL, XL agreed. Thats what XL did, but Jing didnt think XL would be that extreme and do it right in the middle of the rituals.

2. XY suspect Bei was XL, thats shy she agreed because she knew he wouldnt give everything up to wander with her. Hes too loyal to his adopted father and the chenrong army

3. Yea hes smart but how can he be suspicious of YY when she never slipped or show any signs that she hated and wanted to kill Jing. When she tried to assassinate him, his brother already took the blame. Jing already knew Hou wants him dead so why would he suspect anyone else. Plus, he thought he wronged her.

XY knew YY was dangerous and calculating but she didnt tell Jing. This was also a test for Jing. She keeps testing him over and over again. If she had tested XL or CX like the way she test Jing do you think theyll be patient enough to endure it? If it was XL, i think when i finds out during thd first test he would have beaten her to death. CX probably would've given up on because his heart is as hard as hers. Luckily Jing loves her so much he doesnt mind. He already told her he doesnt mind even if it takes a life time he would wait for her. But now he cant because he has failed the test. So sad... well not really... later some1 will teach her how lovers work.

CX was faking it. When he said he would revenge Xing Yue, Xiao Xiao, and Jin Xuan that was all a lie. Hes a fake person. The only person he isnt fake with is XY. The author even described CX as fake.

Jing did more than introduced FL to CX. So FL wants to be clan leader and his grandfather wants to give it to him, but the elder said no. They don't want him to be clan leader yet because he doesn't follow rules and doesnt like following their rules. So the elders want the grandfather to teach him for another 10 years. FL told Jing this and Jing told FL that the rules are written by people then he can be change by people. He told FL to support CX for the throne, right now there's no one and if hes first then he can having anything he want later and if FL waits til CX get more supports then he wouldn't get much from it. FL mentioned CX's uncles and right now they want to get rid of him. FL thought CX wouldnt survive long enough to get the throne. Remember when CX almost got killed in Hiyan by Yu Jiang and Bei was going to shoot him but didnt because XY used herself to cover CX. Jing predicted that might happen so he went to FL and asked FL to send Xian to help. Luckily he did or esle CX would have died, but because of that FL was even more reluctant to support CX. Remember when FL and his sister went to Hiyan and told CX to move to the central plains. That was all Jing's idea. So in the central plain there's the 4 great clan: Tu Shan clan, Chi Shiu clan, Xi Ling clan, and Gui Fang clan. It was Jings who got 3 out of 4 of them to support CX. I bet the Gui Fang clan was also persuaded by Jing. Remember CX needed money and FL kept asking Jing. Jing introduced Lirong clan leader, he's the guy who owns the 2 headed dog casinos over the vast wilderness. I think there's more but I can't remember.

Yup. Later when hes already king hes going to do alot of selfish stuff that'll hurt XY. Hurt the people around her. CX doesnt care if theyve helped him to be king either. And that is why he Lost her forever.

His family are not all evil, his grandmother just wronged him. His grandmother lost her husband when she was young, then she lost her son and daughter in law. When her husband died young she could have remarried but didnt so that she can help the Tu Shan businesses and raised her son. When her son took over the business and clan, she thought she could finally move on and start doing something for herself but he also died. She couldnt pass the business and clan to her daughter in law but thought her daughter in law would atleast help her but she also end up dead. The grandmother had to take care of the family business, lead the clan, and now raise her 2 grandsons. When Jing was old enough to take over he didnt want to, which means she couldnt retire. When Jing was in a comma for 37 years she had to put a voodoo bug (in the novel it was a voodoo buĝ, in the drama she overused her spiritual power) in herself to extend her life. The drama didnt show this or anything similar but the bug backfired in her after Jing woke up, it tortured her for an hour everyday. Everyone in the Tu Shan mansion could hear her scream in agony every day. When Jing was in a comma, the drama didnt show this either, it was his grandmother who sent him to Chi Shiu's mansion because she knew Hou will kill him if he was home. She was also the only one who tried to find ways to cure him, she had to go to the grand emperor or Royale Mother for things to wake Jing, but none work. Jing also said his grandmother was always good to him, doted and spoiled him. If she wasnt near the end of her life then she wouldnt have done what she did to Jing. She just drugged him once and wants him to marry YY doesnt make her evil.

His brother on the other hand is evil but he wasn't always like that. Before Hou found out his mother wasn't his mother he was good to Jing. He cared and protected Jing. When people said Jing was better than his brother, Hou didn't take it to heart and told Jing how proud he was of him. They've been loving brothers for a really really long time (i think its more than 300 yrs) before Hou started hating on him. Jing loves Hou more than he hates him. If he kills his brother how much guilt do you think he'll feel. How will it affect him psychologically. Jing is weak with his grandmother and brother because they're his family.

Jing thought YY was a weak woman who he had wronged. He thought he wronged YY because he's the one who wants to cancel the engagement. She hasn't really done anything bad to Jing except tried to assassinate him but his brother took the blame. Inorder for him to be suspicious of anyone he has to atleast see the bad intentions they have towards him. When he interacts with YY she's either crying or trying to be nice to him, cooking or making him something. XY knew YY was calculating and dangerous because she saw YY tried to kill her cousin, and she never told Jing about this.

Well XY did love CX but CX picked power over her, and got too busy for her while Jing had to prove himself over and over to win her heart. If CX picked her from the beginning then it would have been CX and XY

Yup yup, CX was too afraid to confess so he spread rumors about XY being Chi Chen's daughter and then severe her and the grand emperor relationship so that CX is the only one who can protect her and she cant go anywhere.
