I thought they were in the beginning too. I still think Yang Mi is odd looking, not ugly just odd, but in this she's so beautiful sometimes especially when she has goddess hair. And Mark grew on me like an Orchid. It's definitely worth a watch

This is a late answer but this is the timeline:

They meet and fall in love episode 13 and are together until episode 24. They are parted due to circumstances and get together again officially in episode 48. They separate again because of previous grievances in episode 55. Then they have a happy ending in the last episode. It’s a shit show. But it a beautiful shit show. If you are a masochist and like bawling and feeling a lot of emotions while watching TV this is for you. If not it's not lol

Don’t know if you already chose but both dramas are completely different. They’re irrelevant to each other besides ‘Eternal Love’ being in their title

They really did do well with his hair. Usually the men’s hair you can tell is a wig. But this one his hair was so bel. Even up in his peasant bun it looked hot!

A few favorite parts/aspects here. When Ye Hua stabs Su Jin with the sword, when Bai Qian gets her eyes back, how Ye Hua never gives Su Jin the time of day. How Ye Hua runs to her after he resurrects, he doesn’t wait around or linger to kiss the heavenly assholes asses, he just runs to her. When they reunite. I love how there’s actually a loving reunion, too often Chinese dramas leave us with hardly anything, just a taste of a happy ending, but this one we got the full chocolate bar, nuts and everything. I also love how Ah Li recognizes her right away.

I also love The Double. I’m currently on episode 9 of this one. I also don’t have much time haha but I saw some mvs on YouTube and started it. So far it is good but hasn’t quite sucked me in as much as The Double did. But I like it

It is. But the romance begins to be strong toward the second half of the story. It's such a good romance too. Definitely slow burn though, so if you like more fast paced romance this might not be for you. It's more focused of revenge and the characters crushing their aponents. It's really good

To the first question. Do psychopaths need a motive to target someone? He saw her, got it in his head that he wanted her for whatever reason (rape, murder, both), and went after her, because he's a fricken creep. As far as I know, most people like that don't have a motive.

Second point. I don't think there's a specific answer given as to weither it's suicide or murder. I'd assume it's the same as every other timeline, he was murdered by the creeper because he got in his way and "ruined his plans." Again lunatics don't have much sound logic. But I can understand how you'd be confused by that question because it's not clearly answered.
