I don’t think the problem lies within the kissing scene. I have watched many dramas especially old ones when there was one or less superficial kiss but i did manage to finish them due to the chemistry btw the Main characters. Exemple Blood of youth. Not a single kiss scene but i did like the drama. In burning flames. The chemistry was not there at all.
Like the drama so far but the only thing bothering me( I know most of pwople will come after me) is that the FL, Bai cai, smiles too much. Like 80% time of the episodes I have watched she just keep smiling. I know it supposed to be adorable but to me it is awkward. And I feel her character for episode changed radically. Like she was cool 😎, knows how to talk back and to handle Gou but after Wu geng took Gou’s body, she is just kind and gentle

Was about to start this drama but after i read a comment saying the ML is in love with his friend’s younger sister with a considerable age gap, I’m just gonna pass. For my brother, even if we are same age( we are twins), it’s a completely a no for his friends to even try to flirt. It’s a boy’s code. We don’t go after his friend’s sister. I don’ Know which episode you last watched so I don’t want to spoil but with the battle with the demon beike, He said something about the sword and Tianhe. And for Tianhe’s father I think He left too early to teach him enough stuff. Rewatching (again) lost you forever and I’m finding myself falling again in love with Jing when rewatching the scene when he put his hand above XY protecting her from the melting candle.
. He didn’t know who she was, they didn’t know each other but He still protect Her. Despite being Hurt like he was, despite all the thing he went through, He still choose Kindness.
Most of Lost you forever’s characters, Xiaoyao, Cang Xuan, Xiang Liu, Huo, Jing’s fiancee, are all somehow cold hearted because of what they’ve been through only Jing didn’t change. He was like written to show the reader that despite the hardship in life, we can still choose to not loose faith in humanity like he did.
Unlike the other characters, He was the one who was kind to Xiaoyao to the very beginning till the end. He indeed deserve Her. Not only Her, He deserves to have the best. ❤️❤️❤️

Yeah but not super popular like Xu Kai, Gong Jun and some other popular guys. For eg, for Lost you forever, i think everyone was watching it in the beginning for Yang Zi but after S1 ends, the other male leads did get super popular and have many project after or for a journey to Love. I’m pretty sure that the supports character( the marite squad, the princess and even the marquis) will become very popular). I don’t get that feeling from TLI
I fell like the only persons holding this drama are Zhao Lusi’s fans and after it ends, it’s won’t help the ML and other support characters in gaining popularity
I am suprised to see there is people who don’t like this drama. For me who is skeptical fir most of the dramas nowadays, i love it. Never seen a FL like Song Xingchen. She is not a badass or something like that. She is mature, calm and know what she wants and the most important she don’t turn off her brain when comes to love. And i have to say I love all her clothes in the drama and the way she walks. She is my role model now.
I have an idea. To reduce all the toxicity and fights what about Yaojing fans say something nice about XL and Xiaoliao fans say something nice about Jing

About the lover’s bug I think it’s complicated. In the book XL didn’t XiaoLiu was a woman so he didn’t have feeling for her. So how was Xiaoliu been able to implant the lover’s bug and same for Cang Xuan. And we’ve seen XL restraining the Lover’s bug many time in the drama. Why is that? Was it because XY was giving her heart to someone else?

i wanted to share this to all the people who think Jing is weak bcz he's too kind. The truth is that he is the strongest among all. To forgive all the things he has been through and be able to let go requires a lot of strength and courage and he is not stupid to do so. He saw all the pain that his mother hate brought and he don't want it to continue through generation but if he chooses vengeance over peace there will no be end of this hatred and in the end the tushan family will be destroyed by it
Truly for me that guy shouldn't be a deity. He should ascend and be a god and not a single woman in the world deserve him
I think he hesitate to kiss XY because deep down he know XY still love TSJ and he only substitute.
😂why do you hate Jing that much? There is not a single scene when i saw pity in XY eyes when she was looking at Jing only love. She even confessed to him, was heartbroken bcz of him. If Jing was just a substitute, their breakup would mean nothing to her and she would have been able to move on.
