Hahaha i agree with that bath scene. Hoping Snow kong getting more main lead chances for higher budget movie. I was mentioning about short drama actor and actresses, we can see hoe much Deng kai shine with this higher budget costume and make up😂 he’s acting is not bad tho. Also Ren Hao (Li huai an) actor , his short drama is airing now( hidden heir Ye) and my brain can’t accept how different a higher budget,costume,director and everything make so much difference😱
Twenty episodes in and it’s still going strong—I’m definitely not dropping it! After seeing so many historical dramas this year, this one stands out with its high production value and quality. Some of the cast members usually do short-form or mini-dramas, but here they have better writing and a real chance to let their talent shine.

Y’all can disagree with me.. but for some reason this series have a very strong patriarchy stuff happened and the women are miserable because of that🙄 Hong Lian, Ru Yue, Ling Er .. their problen caused by these man God and their logic. And ling er case, she forced to accept that his dad must keep married to appease stuffs and treat it as”greater good” while his mom dead of heartbreak… and the dad told her that Siling uses her with that reason🙄
I can’t stand that they doing this as filler? While the movement of the main storyline is so messed up🙄
