I have a feeling they will change the transmigration part but keep the being husband part coz the sypnosis does mention her being a dovorcee which makes sense coz she does get divorced in the novel. As @darkangel said there are also new characters so might be some changes but i think the overall plot based on the synopsis will be kept the same.

This is based on a mother and daughter realtionship novel. Mother and daughter are the main characters, the ml only appeared in the last chapter in the novel. So what do u expect? ig u got mislead by whoever added the romance tag on mdl after seeing the romance compilation clip.
