I just watched ep2 and I slowly understand the emotions around this drama. But in all honesty.... I'm still very confused about who is who, who belongs to which clan and so on... I put this show off again and again because the difficulty of the language, it is really fast and I needed to pause a few times, and its sheer amount of characters. I watched a lot of different shows over the last year, chinese, thai, taiwanese, korea, japan, fillipino, vietnamese, but this is still exhausting. BUT! I enjoy it! I mean, I even got tears and goosebumps in the first 5 minutes of the first episode and I want to watch more, but I need to be awake and fit for it, otherwise I wouldn't get in its whole glory.
It wasn't as bad as the comments suggest! It had a good story, great characters and amazing chemistry. It's a nice watch and not traumatic like other HIStory ... you know what I mean *bombastic side eye to Modc*
Just finished episode 2 and I love it so far! The characters are diverse and it is funny, but still grounded. The second couple is so cute, they trigger my cuteness aggression!
This totally sold me on the series, I'll have to watch now. I realise the trend has long been "university students…
Sometimes, a cute first love and confused teens are good to let go and relax your mind, but I need more. I want real emotions, problems, characters that are complex and flawed. I can't put myself into a students situation anymore, I'm 33, but I can understand the struggle of a life with job and relationship problems. I hope, you enjoy this drama as much as I did!
Alone in the first episode I saw more emotions portrayed on Ohm's face than in every other drama I ever saw him play. He's such a good actor! Let him play more active characters! He made me burst out with laughter and everything.
Destiny paves the way, but you still need to put work into it. I liked the story, it has its mistakes and such, but I've watched far worse. And so many handsome people!

Exactly! I don't care "how much" we see during those scenes, but please, make it believable! I never saw such a blissed out and relaxed face /during/ such a moment... such things just throw me off and I can't really enjoy the flow. The second couple was so raw in their expressions, I was fully immersed in that moment!
Did y'all notice that Ming fell in love with Joe's back???? He just didn’t know that it was Tong's Stand-In. Oh boy, my heart aches more and more after every episode!
You can describe Kram in two words: Pillow Princess. This isn't negative, by all means! But the way he acts during intimate scenes... My thoughts were more of a questioning type, like, you know, the size differenze of those two... and how relaxed Kram was during, you know... I don't want to go too deep ( Pun was not intented, but I am laughing my ass off, alone, in the middle of the night xD), but the acting threw me off a little. Otherwise, the story is interesting (finished ep7) and the acting is okay, nothing special, but not bad. I'm curious about the last 3 episodes.
