My exp in the last months reflects on your own! A lot of shows that were rated badly are one of my favy now! My partner has to endure my rands, in the middle of the night, because a good show got a bad rating! If you don't like slow-burn or slice-of-life just stop watching, but don't drag it down! I watch everything, with a prefference for darker themes and complex characters, but it depends on my mood. Sometimes, I need something light, something that doesn't require brain energy, and this show is that for me atm. And the NC scenes so far (ep 6) were good, especially the one were Venus was drunk.... even so I wouldn't call it NC ...

I definitly enjoying this show so far! The first time we met J was ... interesting? I laughed out loud because of the "shock", it was so absurd! But I loved it! Venus' facial expressions are priceless, I love watching him react to scenes or messages and Sky is a lovesick puppy, his smile can blind you.
Sky reminds me sometimes of Supanut, around the eyes and the pout.... Love this show so far, finished ep 6, every character is unique and interesting. The scene were Venus was drunk.... Oh boy... Sky died a dozen little deaths xD
I love a good story and that doesn't always includes a happy end, BUT! No, for real, this is a really good story, well written, acted and produced and my heart ached really bad throughout the whole 8 episodes. The last one took the cake and made me cry, like running to my partner, hugging him tight, cry. I didn't even cry by "Stay with me" ( I was sad, but the gate didn't open), but after the last episode of "Eternal Yesterday" ended, my tears came crushing down and I needed a hug.
I would watch a whole drama about the managers! That is a dynamic I love! The story itself was cute and it felt just like a manga, well done but I missed the spark a little...
I could watch them having cute meals together, flirting, bickering, kissing for hours! My cuteness aggressions were no joke throughout those 5 episodes and I wished for more stories about their life together!

Everyone has a different aproach to sex and intimacy and as long nobody gets hurt, no one should judge them. And really... you still think that humans are the smartest creatures in the world? The ones that start wars just because? The ones that murders each other over nothing, that let their own children starve and hurt them? Yeah... I don't think so...
Lost a night while watching season 1 and 2, but no regrets! After the first season, I just wanted to know what would happen next and started the second one without reading anything about it..... I got a cold shower in the best way possible! The drama, the angst, the pain, all the chaos of emotions..... This is by far my fav KBL so far, and I watched a lot ( The eighth sense is on my schedule next), because the actors really delivered. If you want something else, something with more depth and a whirlwind of emotions, this is the right show for you! Season 1 starts on a lighter note, but is still mature and cute. Oh, and the chemistry is amazing! The first kiss is awkward, but the last one... Holy cow! And that's okay, because those kisses just show their comfort level with each other. They have skinship throughout, small gestures, which makes the couple feel real.
I really liked this mature and soft show! The characters were adults, had a job and their own lifes and the pace was relaxing. There was no over the top drama, but the comedy was gold xD The feelings and emotions were partrayed so earnest and deep, you could feel the love in those gazes! The eyes are the mirror to the soul and both actors did a damn great job!
This show is underrated and I think that is because there is no action, break up, or whatever cliche is normally used. It just tells the story of two friends who are scared to cross the line and loose years over that. The friendships were great and the "granny-gang" was hilarious!

Sure, it's a bit cringe, the sound quality and editing is at times flawed, the timing off at times, but overall it is a lot better than other shows with a higher rating! The story is interesting and after the few first episodes ( I skipped a bit, the pauses were to long and the cringe was cringing) it really hooks you up. The actors are good, some are better than others, but there is no one I couldn't watch. They portray the emotions believeable, the couples have chemistry and they know how to use it!

Imo, it is def worth watching! It's a romantic slow burn, but the chemistry is great from the start and the story is amazing. You just shouldn't focus on the medical stuff, because realism wasn't really the main point for the screenwriters. Just enjoy the relationships between the different characters, their growth and the meaning behind the story ^^ As far as I know there isn't anything related to this drama, it is a stand alone.
