This is the worst drama I watched so far, I forced myself to watch till ep. 7 because of the hype but I can't…
I’m not going to try and convince you to complete this drama 🎭 but I am sorry that you didn’t enjoy this drama as much as I did/do. It’s one of favorites!
I enjoyed all the stories of the different characters, the humor, the bromance, the family dynamics, supernatural elements and especially the main couple. I felt the chemistry increased as the story progressed.
I did enjoy the Grim Repear’s story line too! They are really engaging and enjoyable to watch. I enjoyed these two actors in a completely different romcom they starred in. (Touch Your Heart 진심이 닿다 ‧ Drama ‧ 2019)
Have you seen it? I would recommend it as light hearted fluffy romcom.
When I need a comfort watch, I often return to Goblin 😈. Today is such a day and I decided to check out the MDL board .
I saw your post. Obviously it is not your cup ☕️ of tea 🫖 and that’s okay. We all don’t have to like the same dramas.(However it is fun when we do and discuss them) .
I just commented because I would like to encourage others to give this drama a chance.
Totally a guess but I think he somehow left to help/protect Phi. Maybe there could only be one newscaster and Phi would never have allowed him to step aside?
“One test of a classic is whether it holds up to repeat viewing years after the initial enthusiasm for its arrival has faded. This series aces that test. “
I completely agree with this series was actually more enjoyable the second time around even years later.
Fantastic in depth review that I appreciate reading!
I think there are definitely GMMTV directors and screenwriters who care about the stories they're telling, but…
“ (I've also seen a theory that this was K-pop fanfiction and... I believe it.)”
~I agree with this comment. It played very much like a Wattpad story.
~I do a have about this comment…
“Year after year, their shows get more formulaic. “
~Do you think the shows are more formulaic or we have just grown immune to the classic troupes?
I discovered BL’s during the pandemic in the fall of 20 20. Everything was new and exciting and I was celebrating boy love series, eager to watch each, and everyone that was being produced. 5 years later I find I am having to sift through a barrage of series to find ones that resonate.
So guess I’m actually being more rhetorical, but would love to hear your thoughts!
I’m looking forward to watching this as soon as i can fit it in to my viewing schedule! Thanks for a great review as it increased my desire to hurry and watch it!
A very good series, very much worth the watch. Excellent acting. Excellent directing. Good writing (script). (And…
Thank you for the review as this was not on my radar until I read your thorough analysis of the series! Thank you for bringing this drama to light and is now on my must watch list!

This comment sums it up for me. It truly went from my highlight of the week to being okay and eventually indifference.
