Honestly, although I liked season 1, I thought all three stories were pretty dumb. Season 2 has been a lot better…
"Obsessed was my favorite, due to certain aspects of it." I guess you mean the kiss scenes with "certain aspects" LOL. The story "My hero" was really, really dumb. "Stay away from me" was okay though. Well acted, well paced, just not something special, but it was nice.

cz the writer of this series wants to kill us ... ㅜ.ㅜ
Well, unitl now a lot happened and we are only half way through. I have high hopes.

Obsessed was VERY overrated. The story was a mess and not enjoyable, but people liked it because of the hot scenes.…
It doesn't make me feel better. One of them looks like 16. I'm also not into asian man with mustaches. I normally don't care much about looks. I'm not watching BL to drool over hot boys, but asian people with a beard are a big NO for me. Don't know why .. it makes him look so much older and a bit creepy.

Obsessed was my favorite in season 1 of HIStory, but so far, this one may be my favorite out of all of them. Whoooooh...…
"Obesessed" was a mess, but Terry and Bernard were both cute. I wished for a better series for them. The storytelling in "Boundary Crossing" is much, much better. The pace, the production, the additional cast ... it really looks good.

Before this episode most people said the main characters have no chemistry, they behave akward around each other, they ignore each other, the brothers couple is much, much better - and now this ;) I woudn't be surprised if everyone suddenly changed their mind :D I liked their chemistry to begin with though. Somehow this reminds me of Addicted/Heroin, don't know why ... Their relationship is playful and fun, not akward at all. I like the expressions of the dorky guy, he is so in love <3

HIStory really stepped it up with the first and second story of season 2!! I thought after the first story it…
And it's getting better and better. I loved ep 3 ...

Does anyone know if the rest of the series will be allowed to be subbed. I know so 3 is up, but no subtitles are…
Adam Uni subbed it. It's on Youtube. Don't know if I can post links here ... He will most likely sub the rest too.

The chemistry is really, really great. For me that's enough reason to give this series 10/10. The story is weak…
I think I didn't explain very well what I don't like about typical fanfictions. I will try again: They focus too much on intimate scenes and emotions, while they are lacking when it comes to other things. The typical fanfiction writer is only interested in the emotional state of the charcters which many times is potrayed very cheesy and full of cliches (in Heroin/Addicted we have the possessive lover (cliche!) and even a rape scene - this novel is questionable for many reasons). The style of writing is also ... I don't know how to say it in English. It's trashy. The words they use ... I wonder if it's better in the original language. No idea.

So the story had a lot of inconsistencies with bad romance. it wasn't a unique story as it has been made before…
Well, I liked What the Duck very much at the beginning. I thought the actors had chemistry and the acting was pretty decent. I also liked the humor. At a certain point I understood this relationship is not moving forward (it's very, very slow). And then they brought up the Mew&Art pairing which had a sex scene in the very first episode of their appearance. Like I said somewhere else, I felt like watching bad acted porn. For me it was the worst sex scene I have ever seen (which is tragic, because I watched some gay porn in my life). I didn't like the contrast: slow pairing with cliche I-have-my-eyes-open-because-I'm-so-shocked-kiss (and we had to wait maaany episodes to come to this kiss) and then the other pairing which was too explicit. I would have prefered both rather in the middle (I hope that makes sense). But I don't think that the series is "bad", I just was turned off by some things. I dropped it because I didn't feel like waiting a week for a new episode. Maybe I will give it another try since it's finished now.

I admit I pretty much only read a sex scene of Yandaixiejie Street. Not because I was looking for it, I found the novel (a translation) online and somehow clicked on a chapter with a sex scene. Terrible. I'm biased too, because ... long story. I'm into BL since many years. I started reading BL fanfictions and I always hated how terrible written they were. So I thought: I can do better! Well, I tried. Didn't get much readers, because I was trying to write a decent (realistic) story without cliches. That's why I pretty much hate those typical fanfictions. I read Addiction/Heroin too (this time not a sex scene, I read some chapter that come after the events in the series) and I immediately thought "Bad written fanfiction". It amazes me how authors can be proud of such works. It's the same quality like 50 shades of grey, which was also a fanfiction, a Twilight fanfiction to be precise. Well, my story has a happy end. Today I'm an author and can make a living from my writing (I'm not a native English speaker). But well, such novels make me angry. About Yandaixiejie Street: I admit I don't remember everything. I even wrote a review on this site. What I didn't like was the thing with the sex doll. That was just stupid. At the beginning I thought it was something new, an interesting conflict, but no, at the end it was just stupid. The whole top and bottom thing ... If I remember correctly the one guy didn't want to be the bottom because he didn't trust the other one, or whatever. That's one of those chliches that annoy me. Making such a BIG deal of who is who (top or bottom) is something I don't like. If your relationship is going to end because you need to put your (how was it called in the novel ? LOL) in a hole, well ... uhm. He shouldn't have started that relationship to begin with. The conflict (he is into woman, not men) could have been resolved much better. The doll thing didn't seem to fit the charater either, a novelist who writes like an old man but behaves like a child, is suddenly buying a sex doll. Yeah. That was just strange. I have some experience with anal sex too, it's soooo complicated and 100% not like they potray it in such novels and series. If they want to write something realistic then talk about the difficulty and danger of this practice and not about who gives it and who has to take it. But everything before that: I really liked it. I wasn't bothered by the sad end either. I thought this would become my all time favorite until the doll came up.

I hate "What the Duck" - and I really wanted to love it :( It's a hit or miss for me. Some series make me incredible…
I dropped it because of MewArt ;) I found their first sex scene not a bit believable. I felt like watching bad acted porn. I really wonder why people think this was done well. But no hate here. Everyone has a different opinion. For me it was the worst sex scene ever witnessed on screen. And after that - and the fact that the other love story was moving forward so slow - I dropped it :(

I think it depends on what is important for people. Look at the rating system on this site. You have to decide the "rewatch value" and this goes to the ratings too. That's hilarious! I have seen many great movies, but I didn't feel like watching them again. That doesn't mean I didn't enjoy them. At the end of the day the question is "Did you enjoy it?" TWD made many people happy, me too. But believe me: I know exactly where you come from and why it's bothering you. If you think it deserves 7.5 then it's not that much of a difference. I think 2Moons deservers only a 6 (well, maybe a 5) and it is rated much higher ;) I also hate "What the duck" passionately, it has a pretty good rating though.

I don't know why I get so excited by this type of series. I was never into BL before "What the duck", and now…
I hate "What the Duck" - and I really wanted to love it :( It's a hit or miss for me. Some series make me incredible happy, some others are so stupid, I feel like losing brain cells watching them. I'm into BL for over 16 years now, LOL. It was a long journey and it doesn't seem to end soon ;)

i kinda hate the fact that it has a 8.9 and actual good stuff like yandaixiejie got a 7.9 i like this series so…
The chemistry is really, really great. For me that's enough reason to give this series 10/10. The story is weak though, you're right. Considering that the series is based on a novel that is pure PWP (porn without plot) it seems they had a hard time to come up with a "story". Talking about Yandaixieje Street no. 10: the novel was terrible too. I'm not over the sex scenes yet, baaaaad written. The series on the other hand was very beautiful done. Until I saw the last episodes I thought it's the best thing ever. But well, the last episodes ... terrible development that leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. And I'm not talking about the sad end. There were many other things wrong with it.

From the first series (History1) I liked "Stay away from me". That was well acted, well scripted, nothing special though, but very enjoyable. "My hero" on the other hand was a mess too. A girl in a boy's body? Didn't really understand why that was supposed to be a BL. I hesitate watching "Right or Wrong" - the age gap is too much for me. But the new History2 series "Boundary Crossing" is looking good.

Watched the first episode ... not bad, it reminds me of "The Legendary Lackey" a bit due to Kang Chan (Lee Ji-Hoon)…
Lol, I feel the same, and I LOVE "The Legendary Lackey". I watched it 3 times already, it's the funniest thing ever. I don't even care if this new series it's BL or not. I like the chemistry and the volleyball. That's enough for me.
