Why Her is pretty good with a strong, intelligent FL. A bit light on the romance and heavier on the corrupted businessmen. But I’ve enjoyed it so far. I will pickup Eve when I’m caught up on Why Her.

I’m also planning to rewatch TMOPB. I’m waiting for my 4K download to be done before I start watching/editing a video for it. I heard an erhu cover for one of their OST the other day and now I have an urge to rewatch the drama again. 😂

I’m not trying to take sides here in the miscommunication arc, but GQF could’ve been more direct (like how he usually was before this breakup). It wouldn’t have hurt for him to leave a yellow flower by the front of her door to show he miss her. He went dead silent on her. 😢 She had to go look for him multiple times, ending in no results or communication.
He will break all ties with his father around E33, but you understand why when that happens.
I guess they had to create some sort drama for our main leads, but I didn’t like how they created the miscommunication. Agree that it was ooc for Qianfan. If he could break ties with his father, he shouldn’t mind this “blood fued”. Even Pan’er had some better sense when dealing with the situation.
Even though I didn’t like Qianfan’s character at this arc, I did like how confident Pan’er was with her love for Qianfan. Her behavior was similar to Qianfan when he was very blunt with her after she got kicked out of Eastern Capital in the earlier episodes. Both showed strong, confident personality when the other was doubting themselves. They are supportive towards each other, complementing each other.
