I notice even files of the 1080p version of this drama is so much larger than Love & Redemption from last year, indicating the CGI would be awesome. Hopefully they will release a 4K later? I notice they did that for ELOD.

Agree about E14. I've mentioned before (and I'm sure many have also as well), I can see and feel the raw emotions going through Changge at A'Dou's funeral. The pain in her eyes said it all. You can see the devastation of losing someone close in such a short time of knowing him.

Even with the multiple re-watches, the family scene gets me teary and choked up every time I watched it as well. Those few seconds of their family holding hands were so precious. My heart broke for Yuan Niang, because as the audience we knew what it meant when he removed his hand away.

I am the same way, usually watching Changge and Sun's scenes more. I love the drama so much that I download the 1080p version without the Chinese subtitles on the bottom, and watch it full screen or on my iPhone without the subtitles because I remember what they're saying.

Sometimes I watched the videos on Youtube by titealicia0108 and Jatsuki. They do a wonderful recap of Changge & Sun. All 5 videos/song videos from titealicia0108 retells their journey throughout the drama. Wonderful to watch.

Agree. If this was the Li Changge from the first quarter of the drama, she would've tried to rescue Sun out of the prison. Just like when Governor Gongsun Heng was imprisoned by the Military Governor in Shouzhou, she had suggested to just bust him out of prison. It was only with the guidance of Senior Qin that she could see the bigger picture and not go that route. Given all the hardships and traumatic experiences she has gone through, she wasn't as impulsive as when she was before. Again agreeing with you, she probably felt Sun was more than capable of taking care of himself.

I know how you feel about not being able to get over this drama since I am the same way. I come to this page often just to see everyon'e comments. I still re-watch my favorite scenes daily.

I am going to attempt to watch a totally different drama Winter Begonia. Hopefully that will help me slowly put this drama to the side. Or I might just re-watch this drama again for the 5th time hehe.

I've watched this drama 4 times already. You're correct, sometimes the Viki subs are bad because they mainly use the initial sub release from Huace. About 90-95% of Viki's subs are identical to Huace.

My epub is 4.56MB (not a big file) which includes table of content, hyperlink footnotes, and pictures to get a better understanding of the gaming characters mentioned in the novel. I just finished editing it, so it's reads smoother now.

While waiting for Netflix, you can always download, save the episodes in 1080p to a hard drive and watch them on your TV. That's what I do. Watching those famous scenes (E01, E15, E23, E25) on a big screen is AMAZING compared to my iPad. So I understand your desire to want to watch it on TV instead.

While reading the book, it seems like it's a glimpse of what Raba's real life would be like if she was involved with a non-entertainment person.

I felt her crying was very real and most natural through out the whole drama. Even the scene before the funeral (at the wall), where A'Dou was stabbed did not show her raw pain as much as his funeral scene.

LOVE the OST to the point where I edited the mp3 to include the Chinese lyrics, pinyin and English-translated lyrics. I believed I shared these modified mp3 in my Google Drive with everyone here. I've synced the OST to my iPhone. My iTunes can keep track of the play counts and I've heard the end song approx. 560 times and intro song approx. 430 times since I've watched the drama.
