It's any country real or fictionalized that has titles and royalty that get extremely confusing if you aren't paying attention. Also the fact that sometimes subbers will use the name instead of title of someone or viscera makes it even more difficult to keep up.

Honestly, this one is kind of for the romance girlies. As the ML navigates his feelings for someone who believes he is their sibling....it's giving Darcy hand flex. The family politics are the center of the show, but the slow burn wont disappoint if you are good with Jane Austen levels of romance...which lets face it...most of her novels were family drama romance.

The production does a good job at not "lingering" in moments of affection that would be considered weird imo. When they both think they are blood related there is only affection coming from sympathy and interest in knowing someone else who has suffered under the same roof/family.
When he finds out that she isn't his sister his protectiveness switches from brotherly to that of a man protecting a woman he cares deeply for.
Her eyes don't rest on him like ML's rest on her. (It's all about how long a shot of someone lasts and the lighting/music used) FL is trying to find him a suitable wife & he barely looks at them and watches her.
I think there is maybe 1 moment that I can think of off hand that there was a definite "pause" on her side, but again the production didn't linger on the moment.
I think both the lead actress and actor are doing an amazing job at showing care and love at the varying stages of their relationship so far.
Ep 27 is the first time anyone but the ML is hearing that she isn't the biological daughter of the Second Master of the Luo family. So we haven't seen her with the ML since she's confirmed this information as fact and not slander.

Pretty sure we already saw this, no?

Oh, I thought both of their styling was really well done. Just enough sharp and soft. Natural textures/fabrics well other than 2 of her looks. But the overall vibe was well captured.

Okay then I was misunderstanding how the express schedule differs. Because I was reading it as episodes 27-28 were to air together.

The schedule that the production releases themselves not being correct is starting to drive me up the walls. This is not the first nor even the only current drama with this issue.

Okay, so you're going to start with downloading the MDL app onto your phone.
Login to your account
The 'Explore' page will have recommendations and the usual
Next to the 'Explore' tab at the bottom of the page is 'Lists'
'Lists' will have a few sections 'Watching' 'Completed' 'Plan to Watch' 'On Hold' 'Dropped' and finally 'Not Interested'

On each show page in the bottom right corner is a little pencil/pen icon it's blue in color, that is the 'Edit' button.
Click the 'Edit' button to add shows to your lists. A pop-up will display with two pages 'General' and 'Advanced'
Under 'General' there is a 'Status' with a drop down menu. Click the drop down and select which of the six previously mentioned lists you want to place the drama/movie in.
If you are currently watching the show you can hit the (+) button to indicate up to what episode you have completed.
If you what to keep track of what specific day you start and finish a drama go to the 'Advanced' tab and log the dates.
Hit 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the pop-up to save any new information you've added.
You can add personal notes (little square that looks like a post-it note icon to the left of the 'Save Changes' button.) So maybe why you want to watch a show or maybe something to remind you about what was in the show. That sort of thing.


Okay bonus stuff.
Once you add a show to your lists if it is currently airing or not yet aired it will appear in the 'Calendar' section of the app. Upper left three parallel lines is a dropdown menu. You can switch your app to dark mode(highly recommend), inbox, friends, leaderboard, custom lists(for if you want to group many similar dramas for what ever reason), Calendar, Free coins(honestly have never clicked this one myself)

Click 'Calendar'. In the upper right there is a button that looks like two outlines of people. This is 'My List' aka what you have on your lists instead of every drama on MDL airing that day it will show ONLY what you are interested in. It has 7 days of what is currently airing and a quarterly section that will show 3 months worth of releases.
Heads up Cdramas will start out of nowhere so I highly recommend you follow 'Marcus Here' on youtube if you have an active interest in Cdramas in particular. He has the latest updates on productions and at what point of the production they are in. Seriously the man is a God send to all international Cdrama watchers.

Didn't realize that Crown Prince was down to comment Regicide/Patricide already. Like dude is wasting no time now that he finally manipulated the girl he's obsessed with to marry him. He knew that JingHe would be back at anytime and already set things into motion to take the throne early. Cold blooded AF....but we knew that when we learned he was the true culprit behind the murder of over 100,000 civilians of his own country.

I think I'll jump back in after the release of episodes 9-10 or 11-12. I need to be able to get past the high school trauma as quickly as possible and not have to dwell in the sad for weeks.

If they ever make a season two they might live up to the expectations I had for the lead pair, but I haven't heard any mumblings about furthering the story so...yeah. There is so much out there to watch that if you aren't feeling it, it's better to find something more your vibe.

If my memory serves correctly, Wang Xing Yue has had to comb a costars hair or his own for dramas prior. Pretty sure he did it for 'Your Sensibility My Destiny'. Also the man is always in long wigs so I would hope he could comb long hair properly, but I thought Liu Xue Yi ALSO wore a lot of long wigs and would know how by now too....I was wrong....oh so very wrong.
Maybe it was a character choice....(I'm stretching so hard to make this work in this man's favor and give him the benefit of the doubt.)
