Brilliant series well put together. I love the pink umbrella, loved the cast they are great, especially the children what rapport there was, ML and FL are outstanding. will be rewatching this one very soon. The difficulty now is to find something to follow up. This series is a hard act to follow. What to do
It will depend on whether the production is willing to invest in changing the face of the 2ml.
surely the longer they leave it the less likely they are to at least break even on costs, Or perhaps they can get one of the AI companies to make an investment so that it can be aired, a sort of joint venture, it would be very good PR if that could be facilitated. Or am i dreaming that such a collaboration could take place.
just rewatching the earlier episodes, It brings a smile to me. i read that the ratings went down on a few episodes, i don't understand why. It has been brilliant, I am really looking forward, and dreading todays episode because it is the last. I will be sad when it is finished. I doubt i will find anything as good to follow on. Any advice is welcome.
i would really like that nasty old man to get his com-upance in a big way. His son is struggling with him also. And of course the woman at career ways. I would be really nice if episode12 can clear them out of the way quickly so that we can really enjoy the rest of the last episode. fingers crossed

but there is plenty of laughter and fun. Some of the scenes with the children in are just brilliant, the adult actors have such great rapport with the children, it is a delight to see. it feels so natural.
yikes i have to wait until next Friday. And then i will be really sad it's finished. Still i can alway rewatch it again, and again ha ha. Any chance of a follow-on I am really enjoying these characters and this story.
i began watching this because of the kerfuffle regarding the director.I am so happy i did, its great, the series is very watchable, entertaining and good life lessons. It shines a light on one parent families and the struggles they go through very well. Though here there is much less of a stigma. The father daughter relationship is done so brilliantly, great rapport between the actors, it comes across a very natural, a delight. The ML and FL also bring there characters to life and take us on their journey. my only disappointment is it is only 12 episodes. I think tomorrow is D-Day for career ways. I would really like to see them wiped out.
Just reading the article about PD Ham Joon Ho and i find some of the comments below quite sad. He did commit a crime for which he received punishment. This was 3 years ago, and it is really sad that there is no forgiveness in society there. without forgiveness there is no incentive to reform. There is a saying in the bible "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone". I am not religious, however i would like to point out that we are non of us perfect. To continue to hound this individual is just WRONG. This gentleman is now a victim of BULLYING and HARASSING, calling it virtue signalling is giving them an excuse, it is the same if not worse than stalking. Yes is online however there needs to be a line drawn and i believe that line has been crossed to continue hounding someone like this. Didn't an actor there commit suicide over some allegations and he was late declared innocent. The laws should be amended so that the people who hounded him should be prosecuted for causing grievous at least. they need to be held to account.
painful to watch, is this really how people live their lives. I would have kicked him in touch long ago no matter what. In the end she gave in to the bullying, and stalking. go figure. i won't be watching this again.
I usually like this sort of drama, however, i found the male lead so shouty and obnoxious that i have decided to drop this one. Being loud and shouty is not funny or entertaining.
i read the posts here with much interest, and a little sadness. Everyone here seems to dissect the drama into small pieces. You say i like this or that, but this was too slow, or the cutting of kissing scenes. For me as an average viewer, I watch the dramas relax and to enjoy. I find the cutting of some scenes a blessing. I have given up watching the western films and series because i find they have gone over the line of decency. I really loved this drama, it was really well put together, film beautifully, with a coherent story. I thought the cast were on the whole brilliant, especially the ML and FL who seem to work extremely well together. They bring the characters to life, and take you along through the story. Then ending was for once really well done. I will look out for this director again, to see more of his works. The second half did slow a little, but surely that was the build up to the end, why skip it. Nothing is perfect, so for me i rated this 9.5 just for the enjoyment, i am really old and have time on my hands to relax, and i hope to find other works to watch, if anyone has any suggestion i would welcome your guidance.

Also just rewatching season 1 and i can see why i preferred it to season 2. Not that season 2 wasn't good it was, however they have lost that gritty feel, and Du Chen takes more of a back seat and is not so involved with Shen Yi. Maybe the writer for season 1 failed to capture the same essence of season 1 so they went with a whole new team. Shame. If there is to be a season 3 then they need to get back to the basic gritty feeling of season 1. It was a far more winning formula than UTS2.

Gaza was an open prison. The west bank more or less the same with Israeli guard post to watch all movement of the residents there. They can only tend their land if they have valid permissions. The guards are in watch towers and observe 24/7. This has always been a people under strict observation and control. There is a map on the internet showing hundreds of watch towers on the internet. the area is very controlled. one mans freedom fighter is another mans terrorist.
what i find really hard to understand is why there have not been further ceasefires to facilitate more hostages being released. I fear Israel is no longer interested in the hostages, but will use them as an excuse for ethnic cleansing of Gaza and the West Bank. Where is the two state solution, Where will the Palestinians call home.
this conflict they are referring to has a long and tortuous story dating back to the early 20th century. I understand why people become emotional, however i have sadly watched hoping and praying for a resolution. Unless you understand the history of the region you cannot take one incident, appalling though it was, as a reflexion of the truth of the whole story. there is plenty of information on the internet. I suggest you start with Der Yassin or research Al Nakba.
oh no i cannot watch this any more. the ml character is leading the fl character around in chains. That is so abusive there is no way i will continue to watch, and there playing music like its suppose to be amusing. NO WAY, abuse is not funny in any form.
