i'm in ep 16 one of the strongest fl, nice story ,acting all that and i liked her family (parents and brothers)...but sight i'm going to dropp it here ! What the helly. I didin't understand low ratings BUT writer really F that ending then. Bet everyone was furious, after 53 episodes.

What is the reason with these forced sad endings, can't watch anything that is released before 2025 almost. She also died in her other drama with Joseph Zeng, that's what i read i dropped that too after couple of episodes in 2024. I refuse to watch sad endings anymore, specially if they don't bring anything to the story. I understand redemption arc, female assassin etc.

Hahaha love this for us, In the beginning of the year, in one of her bts of POJ she said she likes to challenge herself, not a surprise ! usually she does nice/ naive FL roles.

Nothing can top eternal love yet ! yess me too literally cried both times watching, at least they are happily married.

Rewatched 2024 again and it felt exactly like when i watched first time. it's so good i didin't want it to end for the second time. I literally compare everything to it. Dramas that come close is The Princess Wei Young and Pursuit of jade of all the costume dramas i have completed.

I started watching it because of the leads but at that time i was busy with my studies, i need to rewatch it again and give it a fair chance.

One thing is i LOVE powerful, smart women and green ml as powerful as them. Like these dramas !

I only watched like half of it when it was airing, so i don't know much about it. Oh.. Eternal love is my all time favorite though, the quality of that drama is something else. i remember watching it in 2017 i think summer and it was nothing i have ever seen before (quality wise) in any chinese drama, set the bar really high for me for xianxia dramas.

I didin't know who he was when i watched and he was good.
He was funny and good in his roles, never got any bad impression about his acting and he did improve even more over the years. I have seen many of his dramas and liked them all. My personal favorite is Ancient Love Poetry !

Any news about S5 ? abeg release us from this waiting. It's been 84 years ! i got a whole new degree meantime.

My sisters watched S1 back when it was released and recommended, i watched both seasons last year finally, literally binge watched in a week. It was AMAZING.

First show where s2 is actually even better than S1.

I haven't seen s3 yet either, thinking if i should wait s4 announcement at least too.

We used to watch Voice with my siblings, we watched every season together. Then they did us so dirty with S5, i don't trust anything anymore. Literally all the gaslight about releasing it ''next year'' it's been 4+ yrs.

My first drama of his was Yanxi palace and he wasn't bad at all, he kept up with the veterans. He also improved a ton since then.
