The show keeps improving with each episode, I can't believe they once we're expecting, it makes some things more clear. My guess is that after the loss of the child, they drifted apart but they were supposed to carry on with their daily lives like nothing happened . The chairman's gf, Soo cheol's wife and Eun seong together with the matchmaker are obviously one team, probably for revenge. Their families must have been wronged for the success of the Hong family. But Eun seong is really annoying, he's like the annoying SFL in most dramas. I don't think anyone will be getting second lead syndrome for this. I feel like I'm watching a historical drama, cause of all the politics and mostly because of the hunting scene, because that's where attempted murder always happens. What's that lady's deal? I bet she's working for the chairman's girlfriend. Honestly, it's not as good as I expected, why did they have to make the ML so happy about her death, they once loved each other for goodness sake! He shouldn't be sad about the chances of her survival, if worse comes to worse he could just divorce her at the end of the 3 months if she's still alive he shouldn't be wishing for her death. And don't get me started on her horrible family, including the mom. What could they have possibly gone through for her not to care about her daughter. BUT I'm still enjoying it and I'll continue watching as long as they don't completely screw up the plot
