Kim Ho Tae is the son of a guy who was holding out on selling the land to LJ. So Ji Han pretended to be close to him so he will sell the land. He immediately blocks him once he does.
For now, that's what it seems. The 4 of them share a mother. We'll know more eventually.

I started this drama after reading your comment. I'm on episode 4 and I love it so far! I went in with really low expectations because of all the negative comments and the low rating here. I was ready to give it a chance even though a lot of comments say that the leads have no chemistry. Till now, I think that they complement each other really well and I look forward to what's next.
