Well said, and yes this user wished for Phee to be dead in a previous comment. People are confusing planes here between the actors Ta/Copper and the roles they are playing! Nobody has anything against Copper the actor, he is the sweetest and can act. He is going to do great in the BL industry but Jin his character has been aligning with the bullies. For Copper playing a complex character like Jin who is not focused on a love story, is great for his career.

Yes, they have been doing in the comments below, because the shippers want so bad Ta/Copper that they are blind to Jin the character. It is such a confusing conversation here sometimes, one thing is Ta/Copper the actors, and the other the role they are playing. Let's not confuse planes. Copper is the sweetest actor, he is very pretty and can act! but his character Jin aligns with the bullies.

By the way, I was teasing you with my comment (joking) though the truth is that I hate shipping culture. This is one of the thing that I most dislike about the BL world in Thailand. In Japan the boys are super nice to each other but don't slim onto each other and are not forced to behave like a "married" couple. In Korea is an in between and they quickly move into non BL productions. In Thailand most of them stay in the BL world. Copper the actor is the sweetest boy and it has the prettiest face, and actually can act!. It is a boy that can be matched with anybody in the BL industry, I think he is going to do great, but it is playing a nasty character that probably is going to be redeemed later on in the series and probably to the happiness of the shippers is going to finish with Phee (ta). I was talking about my "delulu" mind because Non/Phee symbolise a love story that step into the world thinking of defeating the monsters out there and this kind of story always warm my heart because we have been fed with this symbolism since children (e.g. Romeo and Juliet, Tristan and Isolda, etc). Ta and Barcode, the actors (not their characters) have never done fan service with each other, they are good colleagues because they know each other for years. Barcode is a bit "funny" he is his own man to say it somehow, and it gives me the impression that has never been comfortable doing any kind of fan service since his time with Jeff. I think he is going to have different CPs if staying in the BL world but more likely he is going to be one of the few that is going to leave the BL world, I could be completely wrong, but this is my prediction. (By the way, I don't respond to nasty comments and personal attacks, if anybody does, I block the user. I come here to have a conversation with others, some of which I disagree but always keeping it civil)

There is no "benefit" as you said in your previous post for having sex by grooming, Non is utterly confused and is in a lot of pain. I have worked 8 years with victims of gender violence, understanding what made a victim is basic to handling those cases. The way the scene is presented to us, the position, the fact that the teacher on top is undressed while the one being subject to is fully dressed, the constriction on the sofa, the discomfort of the whole situation, the fact that the door was opened that suggest non-consent (as the one being "seduced" did not have chance to consider his safety) the uncaring for the person being groomed. that's not an honest sex encounter. If he was under 18 in most countries that would be statutory rape. Statutory rape means that it is irrelevant the will of the victim, the law will always protect certain categories of people who are at a disadvantage. Teacher/student is the perfect scenario in which statutory rape is applied.

You won't lose anything. It is all makes sense from ep 5. You only need to know that all the gore of the first part is an act of revenge for what has happened from ep 5. Ta/Cooper have a bit of a sex scene in ep 1 and it was OK like any typical Thai BL scene, but Ta/Barcode is in another league, no exaggeration. What a surprise as we have not seen them as CP before. They bring the whole house: the visuals, the tenderness, the multilayer acting, the sexiness too. Unmissable. You cannot imagine how many times I have watched the beginning of ep 7. Their love story is the backbone of the whole series as Ta character's actions are explained in seeking the truth about what happened to his lover (Non/Barcode)

Jump to ep 5, then when this series really becomes interesting, then you can decide to come back to ep 1, but it is like two completely different series and please do not miss the love story of Barcode and Ta (from KP) in ep 7 it is really beautiful.

Ep 5 - It is like some other writer/production company made this series onwards. Then it is when really becomes interesting and the whole mess of the first part made kind of sense. If you want to just jump to ep 5, believe me, it is like another series altogether.

You see, it is all about personal preference. I could not pass ep 1 of Vigilante. The ML did not do it as Vigilante for me, maybe because he has done so many rom-coms that I really could not connect with him in this role and in general I could not find any element that got my attention. Instead I was hooked to this series from the get go.
