I was wondering if Shin Se Kyung was really that bad? I haven't watched it but I've seen so many people complaining…
The character was basically the same as in Fashion King. Badly written to begin with, but she did nothing with the role and it totally lacked any depth.

Hi there and thanks for the request! I love the picture in your details xD Which couple did you ship in the end?
This is one of the most weirdly pedophilic dramas I have ever seen. First off, if the father's spirit is trapped…
I won't deny that the opening is totally inappropriate, but I hope you can see beyond that, as the story is totally not about that, but about family bonds, believing in oneself and becoming stronger. I liked it quite a lot =)

I didn't count, but because of her damn job there were way too many funerals. You already got through her parents' and brother's death, so there's only 2 deaths of important characters left. Both of them made me laugh out loud because it was so ridiculous.
I watched quite a lot of J-dramas this year, but I've only seen about half of the ones you mention. Gonna add to my ever-growing pile of plan-to-watch... So many dramas, not enough time T_T
This started off hilarious and then dragged and dragged until the end, with endless repetitions and lots of stupid actions for writing convenience. Sigh, somehow this season is cursed...
The writing sure is convenient in this show, especially towards the end. Also, while I don't think everything has to make perfect sense in fiction, stories should have some kind of internal story logic and this show often fails to follow its own rules.
The setup had great potential, so it's too bad they kind of chickend out of all the interesting questions.
The ending of episode 16 was painful to watch. I couldn't watch Ta Hwan's pride break T_T He'd been reduced to…
It broke my heart to watch that scene, but I'm glad Seung Nyang saw es well. Now she can understand him much better and hopefully help him grow strong.
I totally agree that Geum Jan Di is annoying, but I don't agree with your reasons. I mean, come on, hair and clothes among the main points? First, that depends on ones own preference. Second, if a guy falls for a girl just because she's pretty and well dressed that makes for a boring story and a very superficial hero.
"Her clothes are so ugly, I don't get why they fall for her" I just see that reason pop up ever so often and while that might apply to reality to a big extend I really dont think that's what you should strive for...
In concept (or in other versions) Geum Jan Di is exactly what Go Jun Pyo likes about her: she stand's up against them to defend her friends and herself, while all the pretty, well dressed girls just watch or join in on the bullying.
Geum Jan Di annoyed me to no end, but I totally see why he fell for her and not just any pretty doll.

I just read this article and now I'm SO GLAD I never started watching this show...
Way to put two parodies into one (also the biting when drunk).
This writer...
