There's quite a lot of talking, but not particularly hard vocab. I have problems with job-specific terms or uncommon words, but it was fine here. There were two or three scenes that were a little hard, but if you read the synopsis you know what they are talking about - that makes it a lot easier.
This series is actually 50eps with 10-15min each, but they broadcast 4-5eps in a batch.
It's so slice-of-life there doesn't seem to be any major plot, but it's strangely addictive.
I watched Take Five and Sword and Flower and I don't think they are underrated at all. Rather, Take Five is overrated. Both lack a lot in the writing department that even a good cast can't make up for.
Concerning the ones I watched, I agree with the other choices though. Nice way to give them a little well deserved attention =)

I don't think it will get extended. They've got the next show lined up waiting to take over the slot.
They always suggest the next ep in the right panel.
