Yeah but if you have such an enganging story as Piece then you can enjoy it even if the actors are not super good, as long as they don't fail entirely. Mizuho is easy to relate to and even if Tsubasa might not be perfect, I liked her as Mizuho. I'm not a fan of Yuma, but again, his character is well written and likable.

I saw Takei in Taisetu first and during the first episode I didn't get her charm at all. I had read that she was chosen because she was so pretty and her eyes so expressive but I didn't find her pretty at all x_X When I think about it now, I must have been blind! By the end of the 2nd ep I already changed my mind. But I still think that she is prettiest when she's acting. Don't really like her in most photos. But when acting, she has a kind of presence and sincerity that gets to you, no matter what her character is like.

I really like Takei since W no Higeki. I took notice of her before, but that drama was when she really got to me =) I have more than 5 fav actors/actresses and there sometimes is internal shifting... xD I don't remember when exactly I put her there but currently she is my fav Japanese actress^^

I was totally excited about her next drama until I read the synopsis. I don't like episodic detective dramas and knowledge about weather as a speciality seems kinda boring... If there aren't many decent dramas next season, then I will give it a try, but if there are other dramas to watch, I will probably skip it =(

I did download a few movies for times when I'm left without internet, but those times are very rare and usually I have a good connection =) Downloading takes a long time, but streaming is fine without waiting most of the time. I'm not much of a rewatcher either ^^

I didn't read about many upcomming dramas yet, but the ones I heard about are not too intriguing... I like a lot of dramas this season (though there are a lot of boring ones, too) and I hope there will be some good ones next season, too!

For sharehouse, I think all the actors are quite good, but the characters are poorly written...

Heh, I do drop something from time to time, but I don't like dropping. Dunno why, but I kinda force myself to finish a series even if I don't really like it. Most of the ones I drop or put on hold I think I would finish if it was currently airing ones with one ep each week, but it's difficult to watch more than one ep at a time.
I also don't like fast forwarding or skipping stuff... for no explainable reason really.

Last Friends is definitly more serious, but in a really good way. And it leaves you with a rather positive feeling, so you won't have to worry about getting depressed^^ If the favorite list was longer than 5, it would definitly be on my list!

I only watched until ep 4 of Sharehouse, but I'll probably continue when exams are over and I can catch up with all the currently airing drama eps I missed^^ Mizukawa Asami was what made me watch Sharehouse, but she can do much better. Like in that awesome other drama that includes a shared house and same sex attraction (Last Friends), though hers is not the main character there.

Is someone subbing Yakou?

I have troubles WATCHING sharehouse because it has too many of said boring scenes and the characters are not really likable... well, I don't dislike them either, there's just... nothing! But spending more time on it... x_X Fighto!!

If it's Dramacrazy then you won't know who subbed it unless you write it in the subs =(

Heh, I'm usually more of a Dramacrazy person, at least for Korean drama or older J-drama. I generally just prefer streaming instead of downloading^^ I watch recent J-drama on a Japanese page because there they are up really fast... So I watch recent ones without subs most of the time and don't know much about the subbing groups xD Sorry!

I checked D-addicts just now and I guess it's aozora =) I did come across that name a few times before!

If you time and check the subs, you must have watched each ep of shotenin several times! x_X
It must be exasperating when you sub a show you don't really like...

Oh, you do subbing? That's cool! I often think it would be great to do some subbing, but I don't know how, really. And I lack regular spare time... Are you part of a subbing group or do you do that on your own?
I don't think Shotenin is horrible, it's just not as good as I thought it would be xD
Yakou Kanransha definitly is better, I'm amazed by it every episode ^^

Obviously you haven't tried watching many currently airing Japanese dramas, because there are quite a few good ones.
Try the brothers karamazov, saki or yakou kanransha, all of them are intense =)

My memory of the manga is a bit blurry because I read it such a long time ago, but from what I remember, the first ep totally captures the spirit. The supernatural is well done, it's dark and moody, LOVE it so far!

I watched it and I don't know what to think about it at all! =(

Yeah, if there's one case each ep it won't keep my interest unless there's a really strong "background" plot. Guess our tastes are very different^^

When I saw this article's title picture I was like must-watch-matsuda-shota-drama asap! But if I think about the genre I might skip it after all... T_T He might make it good, but I still get bored by that kind of drama...

I might be wrong about Kazuki... Takei would be much more interesting if he's just a bit off and not outright crazy.

You know when she went home to check if he took the money? On her way she passed by the van Takei also used to transport Kyutaro. Also, the situation is majorly suspicious...
They didn't explicitly show us that he got killed, but I'm pretty sure he's dead...
I feel sorry for Takakura, too... she creeped me out but I was glad to see the death didn't leave her unaffected.
