a month isn't enough time to make a remake .. the korean one was also probably already filmed and already being put together to be out while the other premiered so i mean it probably isn't a remake
1) so basically jung yoon jae first off lied about his name and he might actually not be the son of the lady at the restaurant but her real son must've told him how he lost his mom and what was wearing for him to know in the story in great detail.. so he isn't the real in sung but he stole number 12's name and got adopted using that name to hide who he truly is
2) surprised seeing that he's the one that has the ankle scar but since jung yoon jae was fine in the video and number 12 was the one who was sitting there bleeding .. now either he was the one with that was caught in a trap and they showed us the memories wrong to confuse us or idk
3)he might've stolen a doctor's gown to get into sung hoon's room but if not here's an outlandish theory but he might also be a doctor since he uses the scalpel so well and it is available at his hands for when he wants to kill a victim and we were also shown now in the ending of ep 12 that he's wearing the white gown and easily accessing into a patients' ( the judge's room ) that should be guided by police since he's a murder victim and witness.
4) i hate to say it but now that i've the preview of ep 13, and everyone will know that in sung is the real culprit .. we might see a lot of episodes of him on the run ..i hope they don't make it boring ...
it's always so refreshing when your theories are proved right .. holy shit tho i wanted to be surprised but oh well i knew i would just be sitting round waiting for that scene to come and prove me right and oh yeah but honestly there's nothing like being proved wrong man .. especially in thrillers. still a great mystery thriller tho should be sitting at 8.5 or higher
yuna's death is so heartbreaking it could've been prevented eun gi knew she was at the center for fucks sake how could they just spot the murderer and just leave her there and goooooooooo i'm so mad i knew from eo 10 that she might be killed and not eun gi but i was hoping she wouldn't they enraged the shit out of me with this episdoe ... she managed to survive the first time why did she have to go through it again without anyone saving her.. it's so sad and infuriating if only she had good mom

maybe they did it to make the adopted kid feel more at home.. and they didn't care for him enough since he was the "real " son no matter the reason the child actor that is sung joon is different that the rest of the 5 boys so he isn't one of them for sure
this episode was frustrating asf jeez ........... the characters almost all make me wanna punch a wall ... but ji ho drunk was cute af but also slow af but the end fixed it
they're just trying to make it seems as if it's him but it's not....
if you've watched until the bride's murder episode we were shown that he was chasing after someone in the staircase but he didn't have blood on him meaning he didn't do it .. and many more things proving he didn't

sung joon isn't one of the boys ! his young boy character doesn't look like one of the boys ... so he isn't one of them
