Even rating it 1 is high for this series
Here's why I think even rating it 1 is high for this series:1 The actress is the most bland and uncharismatic actress I've ever seen. For this kind of series you need a capable, beautiful actress to carry it.
2 The premise is interesting and could be funny but the plots were execrable and I didn't laugh once. Humor is subjective, I agree, but I'm not that difficult to entertain, believe me.
3 That my favorite actor of all times was part of this abomination and even him couldn't save it. Anyway if I could, I'd give it -100 and the 1 is only for Ji Chang Wook, who should have never said yes to this.
4 I hate it when a title is misleading. Where was that stupid kiss? Not only the title but the whole plot was misleading.

Terrible FL
Things I liked1 I liked the plot. I thought it was a great idea for a rom com and that she was a love coach made me even more eager to watch it. Alas. I tried three times before giving up.
Things I disliked
1 The ML. I found his acting quite terrible, and his character never came alive. No chemistry with the FL, no humor, I'd say he was pathetic.
2 Too many couples and I didn't care for any of these.
3 The humor. It wasn't great, it was awful actually, more cringe than funny.
Things I hated
1 The FL. From what I gathered she has many fans and kudos to her. To me she was awful as an actress here and her character was terrible to say the least. I didn't want her to end with anyone because she doesn't deserve anyone. She was delusional, pathetic, unfunny, unattractive, and yet she had a high opinion for herself. Why???

The ending ruined it for me

1 The ending. I get why they chose that ending, but it still ruined it for me.
2 The FL lead actress. For some reason, I can't connect with this actress no matter what role she plays.

Ridiculously dramatic
Why I dropped this series:1 Too dramatic to the point of ridiculous. Yes you can have some drama but when you go overboard you miss the mark completely. I had high hopes for this one since it seemed interesting. Unfortunately I found it unbearable after a while. Maybe it's my fault and should have lowered my expectations but it is what it is.

It never took off
Things I liked1 The leads were appealing to watch but not the greatest actors in the world.
2 Some other actors were also not that bad and acted well.
Things I hated
1 The script was a mess. Not funny, not interesting, not romantic. It's like they tried hard and got nowhere because there was no script no direction. A shame since I thought it'd be funny and romantic. The ending was also underwhelming.

ML isso uncharismatic
Things I liked1 The premise, that's why I started watching it.
Things I disliked
1 The FL. Her character rubbed me the wrong way from the beginning and the actress performance didn't help to see her differently. I persisted because there were a few things I liked and thought I could give it a chance, but no... chance.
Things I hated
1 The ML. Mea culpa because i didn't even recognize the actor. Even after I found out who he was I still have trouble to recognize him. If I had I would probably never started watching the series. I find him so uncharismatic and unappealing I know I won't like watching him every day. I've seen in She was Pretty and although I loved the series, he was my least favorite character. Not character actually, actor. I never started the Secretary Kim series because of him mostly. I don't like the FL either, but he was my main problem. So my fault for not recognizing him, but it's funny that I disliked him anyway. Even when I didn't know who he was. So this had few chances to be on my favorites' list.

Such a cute couple and talented actors, but that's the only highlight
Things I adored1 The FL. A great actress and such a cute beautiful one. I loved every minute with her. No one is as cute as her and I will definitely look for other series she's part of.
2 The ML. What else can anyone say other than "what a handsome, gorgeous and talented actor"? He was perfect for the role. Just perfect. I will also seek to find other dramas he played at.
3 The chemistry. They were so cute and adorable together. The scenes they interacted were amongst my favorites. To be honest I could do with watching only their scenes. They were the highlight of the series. When I think about it, it's surprising to give such a high rating at a series I only loved the main couple and disliked almost everything else, but here we are. They were so charming the stole my heart and I disregard everything else. Never happened before, but there's a first time for everything.
Things I loved
1 The powers the FL had. It was fun to watch her taking down the villains. The contrast between her small stature and her abilities was comedy gold.
Things I liked
1 The FL best friend. She was a good friend and a good actress. Nothing more though. I don't think he was developed enough for me to care.
2 The 2ML. At first I disliked him, but I ended up liking him and feeling his pain and his heartbreak. He was a good friend and I even liked his interactions with the ML.
3 I liked the brother of the FL. I wish his love story had ended otherwise and that he had more scenes. He could be an interesting character.
4 The father of the FL. He was a good father and they could have done a better job with him, giving him more chances to shine.
This is what lacked the series. Character development.
Things I disliked
1 The ML when he overdid the cuteness. When you are so handsome and cute at the same time, you don't need to overact. it came out as childish instead of appealing. That's my only compliant about him though.
2 The game the FL conceived. It was idiotic and so childish. I'd never play it.
Things I hated
1 The mother of the FL. No matter if they tried to redeem her she was apathetic woman and she did some things that made me cringe. I hated what she said to the FL, how she interacted with her husband, her friends and the mother of the 2ML. An awful example for any woman and mother out there.
2 The villain. Well it would be surprising to say the opposite but I hated him so much I can't even describe it. The actor did of course a good job if I hated him so much, but he did such a good job I never want to see him again in anything.
3 The whole gang thing. What a waste of words and time. We could have something more interesting, funnier and we were stuck with a stupid plot that wasn't in the least interesting or appealing. I hated every moment of it.
4 The company employee who was responsible for the FL's game. I didn't find him funny at all. I wanted to fast forward every time he appeared. Such a stupid and over the top character without any charm. Over the top characters don't bother me but they should have at least a bit of charm or talent. Awful.

My first Chinese rom com and I Love, Love, Love it
Things I loved:1 The actress. What a gorgeous and stellar actress. She nailed her role and she was the perfect romantic comedy heroine. Beautiful, funny, smart, kind. I'll check everything she was in and I hope she has other series I'll love.
2 The vibe of the series. Fluffy, romantic without any heavy drama. That's what I call a real romantic comedy and they are so rare.
3 Her colleagues. I loved how they appreciated the heroine and they were all supportive of one another.
4 The relationship between the leads. I've seen a lot of office romantic comedies and usually there's a conflict (which I like) and some mean exchanges between the characters. This one was different. The relationship was gentler but also more genuine and funny. You could see they care for each other and their dialogue was funny and quirky rather than mean. Also they trusted each other and didn't create conflict for the shake of conflict. (although I love that as well usually)
5 Her parents. What a great couple and great parents. I loved both of them and they were amusing as well.
6 I liked the sister although not really her story.
7 The main actor. I don't think he's the best actor out there but here his character is so good that you can disregard that. Plus, his smile when he dealt with the heroine was so endearing that I forgive him everything.
8 Some good kisses although again not enough for me. They were good together though.
Things I disliked:
1 The story about the sister's future boyfriend and the heroine. I always dislike this kind of plot. I find it unnecessary.
2 The wig. She has gorgeous hair so I'm not sure why they couldn't style her hair so she has the style they wanted. She's so beautiful she could have her hair any style. I understand they wanted it to resemble her character but the wig was bad.
Things I hated:
1 The rival. Oh my God what an awful character and it doesn't help that I disliked the actress as well.

An utter mess, but...
Things I liked1 The premise. It wasn't that original, but it still stood out and wanted to know how it evolves.
2 The FL actress. She was good in her role. I haven't seen her elsewhere and I won't look for her other dramas, but here she did a decent job.
Things I disliked
1 It felt like it didn't know how to move forward, although I think that the writer knew what he wanted. It's just that it didn't land as he thought maybe and that's what makes people either like it or despise it. I'm in the middle. I think there was potential, but it could have been better.
2 The ending. I put it in the dislike list because it didn't make me feel satisfied, but it could also go to the like list because it was somewhat fitting. Many praise What If for going all the way with the ending but to me that was what broke my heart. I'll never get over that ending. I still have in mind their happy days before she left for Shanghai and can't fathom she chose that other idiot. So only for that this ending isn't that bad.

So overhyped
Things I liked1 The premise. I don't mind repetitive themes and this one talked to me although it reminded me of Hallmark movies which I hate. It never delivered.
2 The ML. At first I loved him, the character and the actor. But then he fell in love with a stupid, mean, ugly person outside and inside and I lost every goodwill I had. Still, the actor did a good job.
Things I disliked
1 Most of the residents. Sad, unoriginal stories that one could come up while doing a million other things at the same time. No brain required. I don't think I found one who talked to me and for whom I cared. At first yes, but as the drama unfurled, my feelings changed for all of them. Obnoxious, nosy characters who think know better.
Things I hated
1 Usually I leave long reviews whether I like or dislike a drama, but this time I feel like it would be a waste of my time to honor this stupid drama with my detailed thoughts. So I'll just say that I hated the FL, he character and the acting. Now it's established that I think of her as an ugly actress, who looks ten years older, and has not the slightest talent. She always comes out as a mean, egotistical, know-it-all person who is never sympathetic. I made the mistake to start 3 series with her and I finished them, thank god, so I'll never have to see her again. Her only talent is to ruin every series she appears. It may sound harsh, but my gut tells me that the ugliness she infuses in her roles is her true self. I'm not sure what others see in her, but to each their own. The 3 is only for the ML. Otherwise it would be -20.
2 The title. Who the heck think of that atrocious title?

It wouldn't have been a disaster if it were a comedy
Things I liked1 The ML. He's one of my favorite actors but even he couldn't save the disaster of a script. I give it 3 only for him and the premise.
2 The premise. Original and a solid foundation to create a fun and engaging series. They messed up from the start. It turned out to be generic without a hint of humor and too much angst. A failure on all accounts.
Things I hated
1 The untalented ugly FL. With hundreds of talented actresses out there why would you choose someone who can't act and walks around with a frown and too much anger? I don't think she made me are at all for her and no, I don't understand her anger. I'm penniless and I understand that having dreams an not being able to fulfill them is frustrating to say the least, but I don't walk around berating my family and friends because I don't have what I want. Awful character and the actress made it worse.
2 The lack of chemistry between the leads. They were like strangers. No spark, no warmth, and I blame the FL who's as untalented as one can be. Lately I wonder why do I even try with Kdramas. Cdramas seem to have understood the memo and create more compelling stories with great actors.

Awful even for a soap opera
Things I hated1 Everything. The actresses were all terrible. The actors as well. There was no script, just a bunch of nonsensical and over the top scenes.
2 The antagonist of the FL, but at the end of the day, she was better than the heroines. I won't waste my time to writ more. Untalented actors and uninspired script create an unwatchable series.

Awful script, awful leads
Things I hated1 Everything.
2 The FL. What a horrible actress who thinks is beautiful and talented. If she is I didn't see it in this series. She was a toxic character and she dressed awfully, she looked old, she behaved like a ten year old and she was entitled to the point I wanted to smack her and I never used physical violence in my life.
3 The ML. No talent, no looks, too old and an awful character. Actually even though there was no chemistry between the leads i felt like they should be together. This way no one else in the world would suffer.
4 The last episode. How on earth is their relationship supposed to be healthy? And let's forget healthy, but at least it should make some sense. This was the most stupid ending I've ever seen in a romantic story. Are we supposed to find their constant fighting cute or romantic? Let me tell you it wasn't either. I'm a lover of cute fights and unreasonable female leads. This one was such a toxic shrew. AS for him a blithering idiot to put up with her.

Lack of chemistry and problematic characters
Things I loved1 The premise. I wanted to find out more about the discipline and it had a good start. But that's all it had.
Things I liked
1 The FL. She's a good actress there's no doubt, but it felt like something was missing this time.
Things I disliked
1 Too many to waste time write about them in details. Too long, too many characters, lack of chemistry between the ML, the parents, some of the supporting characters.
2 The ML. He didn't work for me for some reason. I was hopeful at first hat he would be great but it didn't deliver.
3 The lack of romance. Although it's not romance, it still could be better if the leads had any chemistry.
4 Some plots and actions were stupid to say the least, not following any logic.
Things I hated
1 The professor. I don't care how well he knew medicine, he still was a person I didn't like. His behavior toward his wife and his family was far from great and no, being good at something doesn't excuse being a bad human.
2 The way they portrayed women. Like the only thing they have to do is being patient and kind and accept whatever BS the husbands put on their way. No thanks.

Things I loved1 The actor who played the ML. Gorgeous and I'd love to watch other dramas with him to see if he's talented because here there was no room for him to show his talent.

1 The premise. I thought it was interesting so I was even more disappointed after watching it.
Things I disliked
1 The FL. She's cute, but she doesn't know how to act. Or if she does she couldn't show it here.
2 The character of the FL. So boring, so one dimensional, so fake. I mean it was like she was 12 years old. For God's sake if you want to play cute, play it like Esther Yu, without any holding back and let people criticize you all they want. Don't play a young woman of 22 as if she were 12. It's unsettling and it ruined the drama for me.
Things I hated
1 The whole slow and boring without anything happening. I'm all in for anything fluffy and cheesy, but not when it's boring as hell and doesn't make any sense. I'm not even sure why the ML was in love with her. Anyway, it started well and went south just after one episode. I gave it 8 and I'll never get back that time. I gave it 3 just for some side characters.
