There really is no good reason to watch anything other than the FMA anime (both Brotherhood and the first one), and read the manga. Both anime and manga are just too good. However, I would like a sequel to Bleach. I liked the movie. I think for me the difference is: FMA is a compact completed perfect story, and Bleach just goes on and on... with loads of possibilities to add and subtract stuff from the story. I'd love to see much more of Ishida Uryu for instance... even more than in the anime.

I LOVE Tumbling!! Where else would they make a drama about tumbling boys but in Japan^^).

I actually thought the film was rather good. Yes, there's a lot of, wel... pretty explicit (and sometimes weird) sexual stuff... but it's very female centered, which is refreshing. I thought it was a very human story.

Well, it brought attention to the manga and anime... all the way to The Netherlands where I live. So it was money well spent on promotion. And my guess is they allready had a real movie in the back of their minds: "people might see this and want to invest". And here we are. :-)
